Second post here on Doodle Addict. I don't know why but this reminds me of Spirited away....or just studio Ghibli. All their art just makes me feel like i'm actually in that place; i can feel the breeze, hear and feel the grass.....Anyways, that's the image i get in my head when making this. This is a town I designed for my game, it's placed at the edges of No Man's Land. A place filled with wild magic and time is broken. I'm sorry I haven't gotten to uploading in a while it's busy season at work.
This tree is right outside the balcony at my parents' home. I can spend hours just starting at the fronds. This must be the fourth or fifth time I've sketched out.
I was inspired by Picasso's idea of multiple perspectives so I thought, well, what if I did that with a horse? I started sketching immediately and I unknowingly drew an optical illusion! Take a look...can you see both of the horses?
