I have a certain energy that runs through me, almost like a current. Balancing this energy can be quite a challenge, but I have found that meditation helps me to find my center. I like to quiet the noise around me and focus on my inner truth. Sometimes, I begin my meditation with my eyes closed, allowing my emotions to guide me in sketching out my experiences. This helps me to open up my channels of creativity, which I am currently using to work on my upcoming novel. I can't reveal too much about it yet, but I hope you will enjoy the sneak peeks I'll be sharing as I work toward completion.
Happy Earth Day! Today we should reflect on at least one thing we love about our planet. Is it your favorite place in nature to visit? Your favorite animal? A favorite memory from childhood? Personality and Birthday quizzes helped me out a lot to define his characteristics I wasn't able to flesh out alone. I messed with other brushes and several YouTube tutorials to redo this concept. This isn't the final form he takes, but he looks like this at the story's start.
Thought the best first post would be my character, Buri! She is a master starship technician, and pretty handy with fixing everything besides the bridge computers. In addition, she's the galley cook and one of two planetside survival experts on the ship. Bad news is, she sinks like a rock and is possibly the least amiable person out of the whole crew.
Drew this picture during the #inktober event for an individual artspace on magma.com (the word prompt to draw was "remove" for day 26). I came up with the idea to draw a RPG warrior battling a giant mosquito during his adventure. He is using off spray to remove the enemy from this path (but he took damage and later is removing a Band-Aid from his arm). Drawn directly on magma.com live using an iPad pro (no pressure sensitivity and no Ai).
