My friend wanted nautical creatures for the back of her business cards, so VOILA. These are ink doodles that were scanned and given some color/grunge in Photoshop.
I dunno. I just wanted to draw a naked woman one day and this image started to happen as i was drawing. It is one of those thing I dunno why. It just happened thas all and here it is.

In wanting to get active with my fellow doodler community, I wanted to stop in and introduce myself. My name is Dalton Stark, I live in Texas, and i'm a doodle addict, and an advocate for the possibility of anything. For me, doodling is my purest state of being human. Neal has found another Labrador – her name is Bella. He has also met Peter. Peter is worried about Neal. He thinks the boy might be a runaway. He is also about to patiently explain to Neal that when a dog is wearing a nametag with their owner’s info on it, then that dog is not an unwanted stray, as Neal seems to believe, but just a missing dog.
Someone close to me is homesick for Brazil so I painted and printed this for them. I wanted the comp to be simple and its intentions obvious. I had fun with the hills and atmospheric perspective. This is not AI nor is any part of this AI.

A very closeup drawing in 4B, 6B, 8B pencil on Fabiano hotpress Studio paper. I bought some Pitt Graphite Matt pencils and wanted to give them a maiden voyage. They are much lighter on the scale of deep blacks than I expected. More like rarified F pencils. But I like them.

I can't believe October is already here, and it's startling how fast time is moving. I shouldn't be up this late, but I wanted to make some art, especially given how today has been (8-3:15 'in school,' 3:15-10pm doing homework). The honest answer is I just feel down. I can usually phrase things better but my brain is fried. Everything is non-stop, the time I have to breathe seems to get shorter. Anyway, it's 11pm, I should get to bed.

This was originally drawn yr 2020 but i put the metallic chrome on her in yr 2022. It seemed better fit to make her into chrome instead of skin that I had her drawn as originally. This study is for an upcoming painting about the life of Christ.
The drawing itself took about two weeks’ time of working on it off and on. The
research stage took about two months. This study is attempting to capture the spirit
of being out on the water, walking with Jesus during a storm on the sea of Galilee. I
hope the viewer can feel Peter’s anxiety as he is sinking into the lake as a fierce storm
drains Peter’s faith in his ability to walk on water through the ability the Lord gave
him. I wanted to show how compassionate Jesus is to quickly crouch down to rescue
Peter from drowning and get him back to the safety of the boat with the rest of the
disciples, which is outside of the illustration.
Some people feel that I should have Jesus’s feet visible above the water so people don’t
get the notion that Jesus is sinking in the water too. But if I’d done that, it would have
altered what it would really look like in the natural world, because even if Jesus’s feet
were on top of the water, this might not be visible to the viewer because the waves in
front of Jesus might block the view of his feet.
This illustration makes me think about trying to accomplish a task that the Lord has
called us to do by depending on our own strength instead of the strength of the Holy
Spirit. Then we find ourselves sinking instead of making headway, and we must call
on the Lord to rescue us and put us back on the right track.

DOne 2023 Predator . This was commissioned by a customer who bought my Xenomorph art piece that i had posted in Craigslist.com I did not like the crouch plate, his hair,and the belt how it came out it is out of perspective and not drawn well enough.
