Hello All, Hope everyone is keeping well......I started another ' Lockdown' doodle this week. Working on Mixed Media paper with Pen & Ink and Aqua spectrum Noir pens. The Spectrum pens are really chunky and take a while to get used to handling , but they are very useful for colour blocking larger areas and the colours are intense. I've been using these all year now and love them. The Flamingo Garden Doodle , I turned into a repeat pattern for my collection of Printed Ladies accessories for my new website which I'm working hard on and hoping to Launch very soon. :-)

Another Korra fanart I did in 2014. The artwork is quite messy because it was more of a quick doodle rather than a proper drawing. And there are some anatomy "bugs" that I didn't fix. Anyways, I hope Korra fans can enjoy this piece. Really wanted to convey her character through the colors, face expression and pose. I hope I managed, even if a tiny bit. Emotionally speaking, this is definitely the hardest pieces I've made so far. On July 18th, 2019, an arson attack on Kyoto Animation's Studio 1 left 36 dead and 34 injured, one of the deadliest mass casualty incidents in Japan since the end of WWII. KyoAni has some of the best working conditions in the industry and have made some of the most iconic anime to date, including Clannad, A Silent Voice, and the show that got me started on anime, Violet Evergarden (as seen in this drawing). I sent this drawing to them through their website, and there's a good chance it was displayed along with thousands of other fan submissions in Kyoto this past November as part of a public memorial service. While this was a tragic blow to the company and community, they're healing and getting back to their feet, and I can't wait to see what they create next.

Hello guys. I just found this website and its seems really cool. I paint now and then and this is one of my paintings. I received a school assignment for my art class to do an artwork based on the society. Without doubting i chose my theme which is "body type". A very close friend of mine belongs to the not so "accepted" body types and it has been a really though time for her even though she doesn't really show her emotions. I painted a girl vs another girl with an atmosphere around them, based on their looks. U can see the difference on how they bring themselves to the society just by looking at their body position. So how the society influence their mental state.(I can only post 1 pic so the next post will be of the another girl) I got a B+ \(^O^)/
