Apparently, Blixa Bargeld of Einsturzende Neubaten and Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds fame actually did this to his school back when he was a lad! I needed an idea for a convoluted weird-as-they-come title, and after reading that story I knew I had something, heheheh :)

Today’s Inktober prompt was pressure, so here’s the original Captain Marvel AKA Shazam straining to prevent a big rock (The Rock of Eternity?) from crashing to earth. Yes, I’m a comics geek.

I love working with this pencil. Although it is like a watercolor pencil, the tone is much more graphite like and it disolves nicely once I start using a brush. Using more or less water creates nice value range. I'm definitely a fan of this pencil--also comes in a medium and dark wash.

Another cat drawing, as there's no such thing as too many cats.

A sketch of my dwarf girl, Mira. She's on my Toyhou.se, and if you'd like to take a look at her profile, let me know! I'll happily link ya.

Just a quick sketch I did last night of my character Hollie. She's on my Toyhou.se account. If anyone is interested, let me know and I'll link to her page =)

This is my first best background painting!

Today's Inktober prompt was "spirit". This was my first time using my new Wacom pad. I hope I'll get better! :)

This alien was going to destroy earth but fell in love with cats.
