Inktober 2018 – Day 26: Face Off Made with inks Faber Castell and a pinch of color pencil on A6 paper

Drawing inspiration.

Outsider art

Working on this t-shirt design for Squad19. It started as a doodle in my sketchbook. Follow my Instagram for more pics.

Baby, it’s cold outside.

Koi fish splashing into the water. Lino print poster, 40x50cm, ink on paper.

I'm trying some new techniques out. Not sure I like either of them, particularly, but one has to try occasionally.

Art studio moments

I have started keeping a digital sketchbook. This is the first page.

Something different. Doodle with Procreate and Pencil.

This started of as a simple doodle that became a bit more complicated. I used copic liner, gold ink and a bit of watercolor for shadowing.

Ballpoint pen humming bird drawing on vintage wedding invite.

Lazy day

Started but couldn't finish.

I was tired of carrying around a bunch of Microns. I want one or two refillable pens so I started with buying a new Lamy AL-Star Fountain Pen. I love it. I got the medium nib and am able to get a nice range of line width from it. This and maybe a fine nib and I'll be all set for a travel kit. This is the first page I drew with it.

Tricky tricky tricky tricky

Doodles inspired by the 'rubber hose' style cartoons of the 1920s / 1930s.

Another print I did for a convention

Ink on scratchboard.

Just trying to find my own style on art. I used Prisma Colored Markers, Copic Ink pens. White gel pen as a highlighter.
