I find it awe-inspiring to watch crewed shuttles launch. This 3.5" x 4.5" acrylic on custom tiny canvas captures those first few moments after lift off. I used modeling paste to really emphasize the depth of the dust cloud, and I love that it adds a tactile element to it.
I bought a set of 3 Bic multi-color ballpoint pens, a total of 10 colors including black, and a new sketchbook. Playing around with what colors and effects are possible, I'm excited to do more stuff with these pens.
The colors didn't perfectly reproduce between the photo and JPEG compression. But I love how the upper left section is all done with the one dark blue, green, and red pen.
I designed these multicolored trailers using different shades of color only in a different pattern for each trailer. I felt like this color scheme would give the trailers a uniform look yet their own distinct look. The roads look freshly paved with small shrubbery on the corners of the entry ways of the driveways. There are some pretty brown steps that leads to a door on each trailers. Also, as you can see the trailers have been topped off with the same flat style roof only with a different solid color which is one of the colors used on the sides of the trailers. There’s a fishing area with plenty of fish in it as well as places to sit. There’s even a place to use the restroom close by the fishing area so you can continue to enjoy your day catching fish with minimal interruption. This trailer park has a fresh look to it. It has a warm, inviting feel to it and is perfect for living a more simple lifestyle.
I dedicate this work to my beloved pet, Cenna. Although she left me a few months ago, my memories of our time together will never fade.
Thank you for everything you gave me, Cenna. For being there every time I started to cry, for watching over me while I slept, and for always being by my side when I needed someone to listen.

Happy Halloween! (Ah! I'm not ready!) For Inktober this year, I reimagined drawings from previous years, as paintings. I used acrylic inks and Posca markers.
He stares at the small square black device. The red led in it keeps blinking simultaneously with the beep and, except for one small button, Neal sees no other modules.
“…This is weird,” he says aloud.
When Satchmo makes another louder puff, Neal decides to go ahead with his friend’s advice and press the button.

I finally did it. I completed my 100 gestures Challenge. You can do a gesture in 2-3 minutes (or even faster if you are trained), so you can complete such challenge in 4-5 hours. I decided to do gesture drawing as a habit, take some extra time to select poses which I find interesting and draw on most of the days at least one gesture. I started in April and now I'm done in December, which means 7 months later. As it is now a habit I will not stop drawing gestures after the challenge, but I passed a milestone. Thanks for watching.

(John 1:5) The darkness has not and will not overcome it, you are in my prayers and God loves you. ^_^ I'm feeling more energy now to draw and study, please pray for me as well, I must pray or else the waves of depression will tear me down. Once, my parents and I visited the zoo, I came here very often because my parents let me go out every weekend, as well as to let them relieve the stress at work. Every time I come, I visit the king of the forest. Its body is also very large, it is short, not as tall as zebras or antelopes, but on the movie channel we see that it can catch those horses. Why so? It is because they are so fast even though they are short that it does not become the tiger's limitation. Its whole body is covered with a beautiful plumage of black and orange, which looks very beautiful. The color scheme on that body is also very delicate. In places like: the neck, inside the legs… there are beautiful white hairs that look like cotton cream that I'm holding.Its fangs are very sharp like large, sharp needles. Every time people feed it, those sharp teeth come out looking really scary. It used those jaws to tear raw meat into pieces. The tiger's paws have very sharp claws, the very paws that help it grab food. I like it because it is a powerful and powerful animal. It is that curiosity that helps me get closer to it and see it in every position. And the weekend comes to see how it grows bigger and stronger.
Franky Fred loves to play basketball, and is the best player in the neighborhood until one day, someone else shows up and takes Franky on! The new kid is better and beats Franky in a one-on-one. Now Franky Fred is mad and demands a rematch.

It was nice and refreshing to see a (physically) strong rebellious female character, something different from a usual portrayal of female characters. However something went down the hill and I'm struggling to go past the 1st season hehe.
I know, Korra and the whole series are quite controversial and I understand why, but as a female myself I was inspired by this badass female character (well, as I explained, until some point, but nonetheless). Anyways, hope you enjoy my drawing ^^

I don't usually drink hot coffee unless it is Ice in frappe style lol. This was done using watercolors that I thought somewhat matched the color of coffee. Since the subject was meditation I sort of just let my mind wander and didn't plan anything.
