Last year, I got a new menace to my home decor, a kitten named El Sushi Panda Von Wombathaus. Sushi when I need to yell at it, that is a lot. I actually haven't attempted the christmas tree last year because of his Attila-like kitten energy and I'm honestly wondering if I should try this year too
Malthus appears to be absent of any kind of mercy or remorse, often toying with its victims before attempting to kill them and take their souls. This prequel, it is revealed that the Cârța Monastery was built somewhere in Romania by a duke centuries ago. Becoming obsessed with dark magic and Satanism, the Duke attempts to summon a demonic force from the catacombs only to be killed by the members of the Vatican who then sealed the rift with the Blood of Christ. Hundreds of years later, the monastery was bombed heavily during the events of World War II, releasing the same evil spirit from its imprisonment. The demon had since taken the form of a nun as a means of blending with the other nuns as well as to mock their faith. Throughout the years, nuns continuously prayed in communion to combat the evil, but in vain as the demonic entity walked freely around the monastery all nights, in the form of a nun to mock their faith.
In 1952, Valak had slain several of the nuns, leaving only two survivors. Sister Victoria, with a key in hand, commits suicide in order to prevent Valak from claiming her as a host. Sometime after her death, the Vatican tasks Burke and Sister Irene to investigate. Valak manipulates the characters throughout the film ranging from creating mass illusions with the ghosts of the slain nuns to weaken Sister Irene and tormenting Father Burke by taking the form of a young boy who had died from a botched exorcism at his hands. Valak then buries Father Burke alive before luring Sister Irene to become possessed. When the catacombs began to flood, Valak tries to strangle Sister Irene to death. While inspecting her for any vital signs, Sister Irene spits the Blood of Christ onto Valak, burning it severely. The rift is then resealed. However, this would prove to not be the end of the Demon Nun as when the group was leaving, Frenchie, a French Canadian otherwise known as Maurice is revealed to have an inverse cross branded on the back of his neck. This segues to the original Conjuring film during a lesson the Warrens were giving about demonic possession. Having been raised in a world where magic was thought to be an archaic belief, to suddenly being it’s master throughout the eons was needless to say, a terrible shock.

This is only the second time I've done pixel art. (both times were today) This is based on my own hand, which has rather stubby fingers, but I added some lighter touches that make it more feminine than my own. (I rather like my black nails, thank you very much)

This study is for an upcoming paint about the life of Christ.
The drawling it's self took about two week time of working on it off and on. The research stage took about two months. This study is attempt to capture spirit of being out on the water walking with Jesus during a storm on the sea of Galilee. I hope the viewer can feel Peter anxiety as he is sinking in to the lake as fierce storm drain peter faith in his ability to walk on water through the ability the lord gave him. I wanted to show how compassionate Jesus is to quickly crouch down to rescue peter from drawing and get him back to the safety of the boat with the rest of the disciples, which is outside of the illustration..
Some people feel that i should have Jesus feet visible above the water,so people don't get the notion that Jesus is sinking in the water too. But if I do that it would alter what it would really look like in the natural world ,because even if Jesus's feet were on top of the water this might not be visible to the viewer because the waves in front of Jesus might block the view of his feet.
This illustration make think about the time we have all tried to do a task that the lord has call us to, but we have tried to accomplish the task depending on our own strength in stead of the strength of the holy Spirit. Then we Find our self sinking instead of making head way and we have to call on the Lord to rescue us and put us back on the right track.

first attempt at drawing the back of an character,it was easy since Lime Verde is circular.Major Lime Verde is an old but competent fruit who has successfully stopped drug and arms smuggling in most parts of the city,even crime which of course angers many kingpins.shortly after his 2nd term he gets in a freak accident caused by Paxton Pomegranate (a crook who has ties with a drug lord)for firing him.Paxton soon finds and contracts a replacement.a fitness trainer who happens to be a himbo along with his ditzy although smarter girlfriend.Verde soons finds himself helpless and amnesiac.
Its been a while. Here is a new one that I have been working on for a few days. Its my first attempt at using graphite powder for the black background. I used a Lyra 9B Graphite Crayon and ground it down myself into powder. Worked really well. I also purchased a Strathmore Series 500 mixed media roll. The amount of high quality paper for the price - it can't be beat. I am excited with this drawing!
One of my assignments asked me to draw a comic book cover using existing comics and manga. This was my third attempt at using ballpoint pen for a drawing, my shading tends to look odd in smaller spaces but I'm trying to work on it
This is a painting of a first century Galilean fishing boat, most likely the very type of
boat used by Peter when he was called by Jesus to follow him.
This illustration is part of a bigger mural I am working on, about the ministry of Jesus
the Christ.
If you notice, the boat is beached facing backward, with the fishing net coming from
the back of the boat. This is to signify that Peter, like all the other apostles, except
Matthew the tax collector, dropped their fishing occupation and followed Jesus, Who
would make them the fishermen of men’s souls.
Here is a truth about me as an artist. Two parts of this painting gave me trouble in
carrying out this illustration. The fist was illustrating the ropes of the rigging. My first
attempt was horrendous it took me a second try to get it right. I had to look up pictures of ropes on the Internet to overcome this challenge.
The second was illustrating the rocks on the bottom of the Sea of Galilee and the
reflections of the boat on the water. I must have made about five attempts until it
finally clicked. Even when I kept looking at the reflections of boats on water, I could
not make the breakthrough.
In creating the kind of art that I do, it is very rare to find a model that meets all my
requirement for what I am illustrating. So, it takes photos and imagination and the
grace of God to create an illustration that looks better than a stick figure and communicates the message intended.
So, I figure God has me go through these challenges to keep me humble because, without humility, God is not able to use our talents for His glory.

My first attempt at doing a portrait with a ballpoint pen. After having dedicated a lot of time to improving my digital art I took a break from it and turned to pen/pencil on paper and am quite happy with what I manage to create on my first attempt.
This was my very first attempt at the grid. I restarted drawing about October or November of 2020. I was watching something on YouTube and a video came up about a street artist who uses the grid method when scaling up their artwork for the sides of buildings. It got me thinking ... and drawing ... and learning. Its so much fun to watch something slowly come to life from the paper. This was done in a sketchbook. After that I went and got a 9 x 12 inch Strathmore drawing pad - series 300. I have researched paper and I found a great deal on the Strathmore Series 500 roll. 40 inches (or something) by 8 yards! I can't wait to see how the projects improve when the quality of the paper increases. I am currently working on a gift for a friend. Its a drawing of their baby in a little piggy outfit. Unfortunately - I won't post it because its a picture of someone's baby ( I don't have permission - yet) ... but I am super happy with it so far!
Nic Pro 2 mm graphite lead holders (4h - 4B) on Strathmore medium surface drawing paper (9"x12"). This was my first attempt at using a proportional divider.
I'm usually bad at portraits or drawing faces in general so I decided to practice a bit more and this was the result of my first serious attempt at a portrait drawing using graphite pencils and black fineliners
