Yellow Crab (Eriphia verrucosa) is typically brownish green or brownish red in colour with yellow spots. It has very strong, asymmetric chelipeds, the larger ones typycally bering rounded tuberbles in front of the upper articulation of the carpus. Fun warm up pieces that take me out of my typical "head are round" mentality.I blot some watercolor on the page, walk away, and come back to see what I see.

My hubby and I are spinning on a new comic at the moment. He wants cats, so I need to practice cats. I might be drawing a lot of cats here on out because I am terrible at drawing animals haha.

This is a drawing I did not too long ago, I think the pink and brown were blended nicely together in the piece. I use Copic markers, Microns, gel pens, and Ohuhu markers. I really enjoyed the theme of this character, (cherry blossoms) I think I was able to show the colors nicely together in the artwork.

I just stumbled upon an obscure Canadian-french cartoon called Fred's head & so far I love it (I only watched 3 episodes because I'm watching another cartoon at the moment)I couldn't decide who else to draw to the not so relevant anymore sixfanarts challenge so I ultimately chose him!he sort of reminds me of me when I was 16

This turned out to be a finished painting. It started with a full canvas of doodle lines (check my patreon log if you are interested in the raw file) This was executed just this March. Still, no lines were altered except the face area. Impossible you say?
