I was working on body poses, this was just messing around with the airbrush to see what kind of effects I could make.

I'm in immense emotional inconsistency and I miss this person so much. -I remember painting this in the month of October... around sunset, at the terrace with cheap acrylics and 1 paint brush on a foamy material that comes with jeans or cloths.. I made this in appreciation of a person i love..

This is an airbrush rendition of my face

So this was merely a color practice with different brushes. I used marker, airbrush and paint. The hair is paint, the face, shirt, bow tie and shading was all used with marker. The airbrush was for the shiny effect on his bow tie. I have no rhyme or reason for this image, it was just something I created in my sketch book. I just needed to draw something to play around with.

I got new oil painting brushes for procreate! They are by Sadie Lew. Much better than the default brushes on procreate!

Watercolour and coloured pencil on watercolour paper. I did the complete outline with a paintbrush for the first time. It felt quite satisfying.

Recently I saw beautiful Van Gogh exhibition. I really enjoyed movement of his brush and vivid colours. It was more about energy and feelings than realistic details. I am always gravitating towards realism and always want to spend more and more time perfecting paintings like they are never really finished so this time I decided to challenge myself not to do that.

Personality and Birthday quizzes helped me out a lot to define his characteristics I wasn't able to flesh out alone. I messed with other brushes and several YouTube tutorials to redo this concept. This isn't the final form he takes, but he looks like this at the story's start.

A small tribute to great masters of brush

I love working with black, white and all sorts of grey tones. This is a digital drawing created using standard brushes on procreate. Gandalf is a favourite character of mine. One of those characters that whenever they are around you know its all going to be okay.

I really love this one and feel proud of it as well. The song lyrics are from Cheek to Cheek by Ella Fitzgerald. I tried out different brushes and I had a lot of fun with the effects. I hope you enjoy it as well!
