This is a watercolor painting I made of birds view on nature.

This artwork is not really mine as I drew it from a tutorial, but I love the way the pink comes out in every way possible. I hope you too like this pinkish scenery ;)

Hand drawn line work then digitally colored. Part of a weekly prompt challenge from my local art shop. The character is loosley based on a well know japanese octopus character.

Testing out a few new acrylic colours

These paintings are all about 2 x 3 inches, done in watercolor.

I think I kind of cheated by adding a bit of yellow and gray, but I do like how it turned out. I usually don't make many pieces like this, and there wasn't much of a plan going into this. It was a bit refreshing to do this.

I finally got around to adding color to this doodle. I think I like it better than the black and white...

It was just a colour me drawing and I coloured it (・∀・)...I know it isn't mine but at least I coloured it ┐( ∵ )┌ so please tell me how's it ;)

I wanted it to look like the chalkboard menus in quirky cafes. I drew the image with a Blackwing pencil, scanned it into Photoshop, inverted, then applied the colors.

PLaying in the studio with watercolour paints and inks - created a planetarium of textural ideas - had great fun doing this and now plan to use some these effects in my next piece.
