And this is my only contribution to mermay. It doesn't look very good, I know. But I'm glad to draw a mermaid for the first time on mermay, I dreamed about it when I could only draw squiggles. I drew it for half a month, and during this time, I even managed to come up with a deep (don't shoot) lore. According to my idea, Eddie needed some sunken cargo (and not only him). Amber offered her help in exchange for some relic of her people, which is stored in the Gotham Museum (even being a mermaid, she is an opportunist). Eddie told her to go to hell and tried to get the cargo with the help of his robots, which Amber successfully sabotaged underwater to pressure him into the deal. In this drawing, Eddie's ran out of luck and got himself roughened up and almost drowned (definitely not Batman this time). Amber saved his skin. No gratitude is expected yet, but this is the least of their problems. Jean advises Amber (they are not at odds in this AU) to leave the polluted waters near Gotham before something happens to her and her health, but she is stupidly stubborn when it comes to the Riddler (and her goals).

This painting started out as a pumpkin design for the Chads Ford, Pennsylvania, Historical Society’s Great Pumpkin Carve, which I have been participating in for the last eleven years. What inspired me to turn the design into a lasting painting was the message, made the design so relevant. It seems the message, which echoes louder and louder as each day passes; the force of heaven and hell are coming out of the dark and into the daylight. The dove in the painting has always been used in mankind’s history to represent hope, peace, and the symbol of the Holy Spirit. The sun in the Bible is called the greater light that governs the day. So, I used dove and the sun to represent the spiritual force of the heavenly kingdom that is seen and unseen in our world. The bat is known as a creature of the night, thought to be a foul creature that people fear. The moon in the Bible is called the lesser light, which was created to govern the night, to give light on to the earth at night. Nighttime is mentioned in the Bible as when men do their evil deeds. Before man invented methods to light the street and people’s homes, people limited their activity at night due to the absence of light. People with superstitious beliefs believe that demonic creature dwelt in the shadow and would attack them if they stepped out of the light. Another historical fact is that bandits would hide in the dark and rob night travelers. People also worked while it was daylight, then would party, get drunk, and sleep around at night. The Bible mentions that those who reject God’s Messiah do not come into the light because their deeds are evil, and they don’t want them to be exposed. So I chose to use the bat and the moon to symbolize the dark evil kingdom of the fallen angels. 168 The reason why the two creatures converge in the middle is because mankind is the centerpiece that both sides are contesting for. Man kind, in the beginning, was created as a holy creation. But just as Satan decided he was going to exalt himself above His Creator, he went to the rest of the angels to get them to join his army to dethrone God. When Satan and his army lost the battle for the heavenly kingdom, He turned his eyes to conquering the earthly realm by tempting mankind, who God had gifted the deed of the earth to. The devil possesses a snake to hold a conversation with man to deceive them into distrusting God and leading them to disobey the commandment from God not to eat from The Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. This is how man became the middle battleground. God’s force is battling to restore mankind back to fellowship with God and regain their citizenship in God’s eternal kingdom. Satan and his army of fallen angels work on deceiving, afflicting, and destroying mankind in hope of taking as many as his army can drag to the eternal lake of fire, where God will throw everyone who has denounced Him as their God and king. This painting was done for my sister. She loves dolphins, and she asked me when I would paint a picture for her. When I considered doing this painting, I thought about how I could design an illustration that would use the names of fish to teach her the attributes of Jesus being the Son of God and Savior of the world. The names of the fish who reveal something about Jesus’s attributes are labeled in red, just as in a red-letter edition Bible, the words spoken by Jesus are printed in red. The names of the fish whose labels are blue are different breeds of angelfish. Three dolphins represent the trinity of God—the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit. The silhouette of the three men on crosses represent the price Jesus paid on the cross to buy man out of slavery of sin and deliver man from being cast into the eternal lake of fire. The black-and-white fish is called a sheep head. John the Baptist called Jesus the lamb of God, who would take away the sins of the world. The reddish-orange fish is called a flaming angel. John said that he baptized people with water to call themselves back to God and to repent for their sins. He said that Jesus would baptize with fire the person called the Holy Spirit. The gold-yellow fish is called the shepherd angel. In the Bible, Jesus is referred to be the Good Shepherd because He takes care of His followers as a sheep herder would take care His sheep. He provides for their needs and protects them from danger. The brown fish with the fanned-out fins is called a lionfish. The Bible call Jesus the lion of Judea. Jesus first came to the Earth to deliver mankind from sin by offering His life to pay for our sin. The second time He comes, He will come to set up His earthly kingdom and rule over all the nations for a thousand years. The small fish with a scarlet head is called a king demoiselle fish. Jesus will have all authority to rule over all the nations given to Him from God the Father. 48 49 SALVATION The large orange fish with the green fins is call a rainbow parrot. The rainbow represents a covenant between man and God. Just as God put a rainbow in the sky once the great flood ended to remind man of God’s promise not to destroy the world by flood again. So, do we have a covenant through the blood of Jesus that if man will accept the terms to be delivered from sin, its eternal punishment, and turn from pursuing a rebellious life toward God, God will give them eternal life. The sleek brown-and-white fish is called a schoolmaster. Jesus spent the last three years of His life teaching about who God is, what heaven is like, what hell is like, what sin is, and how it keeps man separated from God. What is God’s plan to redeem man from sin? He taught how man should live to be pleasing in God’s sight. (October 28, 2017)

So many saddening things happened in my beloved country. When Lombok haven’t revived from the disaster, another city was devastated by a huge earthquake and tsunami. Whenever I open the social media, there are people asking for help to find their missing family members. My heart races, hoping that they will reunite soon and alive. I can’t do anything besides praying for them. I’m also frightened to think that the disaster could happen in my city too. So, if you’re reading this, I’m asking for your prayers. May god protect us all.

So, I drew my BSD OC character, Noa. Trying anime after learning new things. I'm not really happy with her hair. I need to think about her design more. "Did I request thee, Maker, from my clay. To mould me man?" A foreign ability user named Cohen and his sister Noa visited the Agency. Cohen has the ability "I," which allows him to temporarily animate any objects. For example, tables, chairs, statues, etc. But he must manually "unanimate" them. The weakness of his ability is that objects left animated for too long will go insane. He came to the Agency because his brother, Levi, stole their family heirloom - a golem, the best matter with which "I" works in symbiosis. Cohen is dying of an illness. He must pass on his ability to another, but finding the golem is a priority. The main plot twist, of course, is that his "sister" is the animated golem. She does not know about this since the master ordered her to forget and believe in her familial relationship with him - the golem unquestioningly follows the orders of the master and this includes subconscious self-deception. I've been going through my sketches, both completed and incomplete, and found a drawing of a young Sumatran Tiger that I began working on around two years ago, but never completed. I'm actually relieved that I didn't draw it earlier, as it has allowed me to gain more experience in illustrating this stunning creature, which is unfortunately a species at risk of extinction. A few facts about the Sumatran Tigers... The Sumatran tiger Panthera tigris sumatrae*, the smallest tiger subspecies, is critically endangered and stands as the final surviving species of island tigers. Poaching poses a significant danger to Sumatran tigers as hunters target them for their skin, bones, and canines. Additionally, habitat loss caused by oil palm, coffee, and acacia plantations, further endangers these big cats by reducing their prey availability and pushing them closer to human habitations. It is estimated that there are fewer than 400 mature individual tigers in Sumatra in isolated pockets of protected land. Three of the protected areas are classified as UNESCO World Heritage Sites but all are in danger of losing this status due to threats from poaching, illegal logging, agricultural encroachment, and planned road building. It is for these reasons the Sumatran tiger is classified in the most severe IUCN status: Critically endangered. Description: The Sumatran tiger is the smallest and darkest tiger subspecies and tends to be more bearded and maned than the other subspecies. Male tigers can expect to reach somewhere in the region of 120kg and 8ft from head to tail vs females who average 91kg and 7ft length. Breeding: Female tigers are sexually mature at about 3 or 4 years of age, and males at about 4 to 5 years. Megan reminds us that no matter the struggle, there is always good to be found. Imagine surviving cancer as many times as she has and still being so strong. Her selfless attitude is truly inspirational, and we hope that people will take it to heart and be inspired by her strength.

I painted this illustration to publicly proclaim the biblical account of a six (literal) days creation by the Holy Trinity to be the true account of the origin of all things that have been, are now, and will exist. I believe the evolution theories have many holes in them and lack sound evidence to declare evolution as the true account of the origin of all matter. I believe schools should teach both theories, and let the student decide which is truth for themselves. The three figures of light that are holding the hourglass represent the Trinity—the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit—Who together created all things. The background of the painting is supposed to illustrate that the Trinity created all things from nothing. The hourglass is supposed to appear to be made of pure gold, representing a creation without corruption and decay, which would later be part of the curse the creation would be subjected to because of man’s sin. The top and bottom bases of the hourglass have the icon of the moon and sun six times to represent the six days of creation. The six spheres floating inside the hourglass represent the six (literal) days and what was created on each day. The first day, God separated the darkness from the light. This sphere is placed at the bottom of the hourglass because sand in an hourglass always flows down. The second day, God separated the sky from the sea. This is represented in the sphere located at the bottom right of the hourglass. The third day, God separated the land from the waters, represented in the top half of the sphere. The bottom part represents the plant life that was created on the same day. The fourth day, God created outer space: every star and planet. God mentions the sun was created to light the earth by day and the moon to light the earth by night. This is represented in the sphere located at the top middle of the hourglass. 1514 The fifth day, God created the creatures of the air and the creatures of the water. This is represented in the sphere located in the top right of the hourglass. The sixth day, God created both the land creatures and man. This sphere is located in the top left of the hourglass. I completed reinvented Chump. Ok, so story time. When I was 16 I created Chump. The name came from a nickname I received, I won't go that deep. But, I created her in black and white. The original design was inspiration from Tim Burton. But over the years she had changed due to my own imagination and maturity. But I suppressed her for a long time. A few years ago I brought her back to life. But I wasn't happy with how she was turning out. So the last few years my life spiraled and I have grown and changed. So now I felt it only right to change Chump as well. She has been an extension of me. I wanted so much for Chump, but she got lost in static and time. But here she is new and improved. She represents the part of me that keeps fighting and will not stop despite the odds and opinions.
