Done 2014 with pen and sharpie on `8.5x11 print paper. this drawing came about when i saw advertisement on back of the comicbook i just saw glimpse of it and drew whatever i remembered from my imagination . Clio is a limited production, quite difficult to obtain, premium Spanish Red. I had the pleasure of visiting the vineyard many years ago and, while there, managed to take one photo of a particularly gnarly vine. This is at best only a very unreasonable facsimile.

This portrait was created using mixed media like colored pencils, markers, and ink. The portrait features the face of a man resting in his hand, and staring dead-eyed at the viewer. I used non local color techniques to create depth and form using colors not typically found in the human face, like blues and violets for shadows and yellows and oranges or highlights. Parts of his face include small pink stars which originally faded from the previous page, but I really like the look it gives, they almost look like celestial freckles.
This colorful painting was created using gouache paint to give an illustrative design feel. The subject is a cow painted using non-local colors like pink and violet, contrasting the orange sky background. This drawing was inspired of the trip my friends and i took to Canyamel. It is a beautiful place in Mallorca. I found a dress on the market that i reaally love now and maybe this inspired me to draw a dress? aand my friends and i created some bracelets, ankle bracelets and necklaces and i aabsolutly love to do that with them. I've wandered Brechfa forest in Carmarthenshire on several occasions, but have only seen a very small part of what this huge forest has to offer. I'm hoping that once travel restrictions are lifted, I can get back out there and explore more. Pen on sketchbook paper (6"x8")
I’m fascinated in how something may make you feel. For instance, I’m deeply moved by images of outer space from the Hubble space telescope, but I do not try to recreate those photographs in my work. What does not exist in those photos, is how they may make us feel. This is why you won’t see any “realism” in my art. When we send astronauts to space, they can discuss factually what is happening, but what truly moves human beings is when astronauts describe how they felt while they were there. So, I choose to express how I feel, as opposed to illustrate what I see.
