A painting I just finished to work on lighting, inspired by a painting done by SamDoesArts. This one was especially fun because I haven’t worked with layer effects for lighting in a little while and liked the way this turned out.
This Is a cousin to the Shoebill Stork, his name Is Bootstrap Bill. (My Imagination for this one Is through the roof, and I'm extremely funny right??) Hahah.....ahahah?... .... .
This doodle is a marker and ink drawing of a hyper stylized sun with a middle spiral and squiggles extruding from the center like a wild galactic heliocentric power hold. Fun fact:it's a little cartoon idea of mine,it's definitely not the first but it has a pretty simple plot I will share:it's Al Heyman, living as a parent and as a magician, juggling both with his children.he often gets in shenanigans especially with his friends!but the evil varzar wants his magic to take over the ghost world.his magician outfit is quite difficult to draw due to the rainbows especially the hat.another fun fact is that the ghosts in the ghost world have 80s and 90s technology.ill share more about this in my WordPress account
Other than being a New Year's resolution, it's been a goal for me to get better at working with acrylic paints and patience. So far I'm making progress and practicing as much as I can. I love mini canvas, they're so much fun.
Some days ago we visited the garage of my uncle. It was so wonderful to see all the colourful cars. Hearing him talking about the projects (repair and build) and each individual car really inspired me. This day really inspired me to start drawing this. ‘Anatomy of a Steelside’
A little something related to a book I’m writing, ‘Nighthammer’ – in the world of my book, various factions wage war via flying battleships known colloquially in-universe as ‘steelsides’.
These flying platforms are essentially a science-fantasy version of early/mid 20th century navies in our world. Large propellers inside funnels keep the thing flying, while huge, side-mounted paddles push the steelside, ponderously, through the skies.
I’m still figuring out some of the looks and some of the tech, but it always helps to have your own schematics!
If "Cuphead; The Delicious Last Course" had a more darker ending, where you literally break Chef Saltbaker's heart. The other Inkwell residents would be attending his funeral, and he spends an eternity cooking in Hell.

Maybe this is about consumerism, or exploitation of resources - who knows - I don't want to be too serious. I just want to have fun - and eat tonnes and tonnes of ice-cream!
I had an itch to do a landscape with this type of cave-to-outdoor view. I also had an itch to make something with this "orange and teal" color palette, which is very popular and use a lot in movies. And thus... voila! I made this. It was very fun and I hope you like it.
