I had an idea to create illustrations of fruit set in autumn 2017, and have been working on the realization of this idea throughout February/March 2018. In all, I have created 11 illustrations: apple, apricot, banana, cherry, grape, lemon, orange, pear, plum, tomato, watermelon. Using rapidograph to form the shape, I am coloring my works digitally in Adobe Photoshop. Here is an apricot!

Pencil first. Outlined with ultrafine marker. Started in the middle then grew from there. At first look, I did not like it, but it has grown on me after outlining with markers. Still debating colors.
I spotted a huge line drawing on YouTube. I was curious about how it feels to draw just lines over and over again. The one on the web was four times as big as this one (on A3 paper). Half way through I started to nod off. Next morning I thought the green

My drawings are pretty random, but after I make them I think about them a bit... like... what is that girl in that cave room thinking and why is he going to jump?
I should probably know the answers... but I don't.
So, I really wasn't going to participate in inktober this year because of time constraints. But I saw some simple line art stuff from others that looked fun. I'll see how far I can make it this year.
