hi

Pencil Drawing

I messed up a face (just to the left of the spine), and then painted over it into a... unholy horror. I don't want to mess with that thing.

Facial hair is a fun challenge to draw, as are bats. Most bats are really, really freaky-looking, which I am 100% into.

This page took forever and ever. I mostly used a Stipula Passaporto with a stub nib.

Sometimes I lurk around RedditGetsDrawn and doodle the people there. This has ink, watercolor, acrylic, and then more ink. I don't know when to leave well enough alone.

Watercolors and color pencils

The bold white initial letter is sitting on a blue pen and ink hand drawn illustration with a watercolour background.

Thoughts, Memories & Fun Ideas

This is a bear who's also a bit of a bear. It's a very, very clever illustration, or so I felt at the time. Please let me have this one.

Third version of animals nest and hide-out sketches using Moleskine reporter Notebook

This is one of many people that I will be using in my Senior Thesis animation project. My project is to create an interactive piece that is aimed for teaching young underrepresented minorities and girls the design process for a robot. :)

Third portrait from the collection "Women of the world"

Another concept of this character.

Here's my second sketch for this book cover. This one will be scanned and colored. I drew it with my Pilot Custom 823 fountain pen.

Sooo, I was trying to draw Sam Smith... it didn’t work out how I wanted but that doesn’t matter. Just forget the Sam Smith idea and see another drawing

First drawing i did in my animals in nest or hide-out serie. Want to use whole spread of Moleskine reporter Notebook

I have been really enjoying this motif lately of mixing geometric shapes and linework with the fluidity of watercolor.
