This is the first and only portrait I've done of my daughter [Rae] when I decided to get back into drawing and start trying portraits 2 yrs ago. I've worked on other portraits since and my skills are improving however this is still one of my favs

I've been getting questions about how I create my art here, so I figured I would upload some progress pieces. Here's the first one! I was listening to the Westworld season 2 soundtrack which always makes me want to draw Harvey (for some reason). I wasn't really practicing anything in particular, just doodling. It was fun to just let my hand wander, though I think the sketch was much better than the inking I did.

This portrait is the darkest in the series, examining the internal malice that persists even when communication is restricted, illustrating that evil doesn't require a loud voice. * Visual Focus: The mask's mouth is horrifyingly held closed across the center by surgical thread and a needle, which only covers half of the wide, unnerving smile. The stitching reveals a set of sharp, feral teeth underneath. Disturbingly, a pair of prominent horns protrude from the top of the mask's head. * Symbolism: * The Stitched Mouth: Represents the idea of selective silence or the censorship of truth. The fact that the stitching only covers half the mouth highlights the "half-done" nature of modern morality. The revealed sharp teeth suggest that even in silence, the capacity for vicious, cutting, or "devilish" speech remains barely contained. Showed directly on the piece by the date being misleading. * The Horns: A classic, unambiguous symbol of the Devil or pure malice. This is the figure's core identity—it suggests that even while hiding behind a neutral mask and being partially silenced, the individual's "tongue like the devil" and evil intent are still very much present, emphasizing the inherent corruption and hypocrisy behind the facade.

The headphone wire is visibly broken, frayed, and cut short, suggesting a deliberate disconnect or a failed attempt at communication. The broken, frayed wire reinforces the idea of a failed connection to the real world. * The Coin in the Mouth: Serves as a powerful, visceral metaphor for being "consumed by monetary means." It connects the act of speaking/listening to the theme of greed, suggesting that the voice and ear are functionally "plugged" or corrupted by the all-consuming focus on wealth. The refusal to hear moral guidance is dictated by the pursuit of money.

Used Clip Studio to draw my new Orc Barbarian, Ama'Ra. I'm still learning how to utilize different parts of clip studio, and for this I tried using a 3D pre-posed model.

Many acrylics used for this piece. I wanted to make sure I used colors to make it look poppy. I like how they flow and overlap each other.

To be honest, wasn’t too happy with how this turned out but it’s just practice. I know I’ve got to draw like a thousand more noses to really get something decent lol. If you have any tips on how I could get better, let me know!

I made this based on a photograph that made me think a lot about my friends and how we connect with each other

I was assigned in art class to draw/paint/whatever something to do with reset... at first I, just like everyone else, pictured a reset button. After some thinking though, I remembered how each time my family moved from state to state, it was like I had a reset button, a fresh new start. Also, haha fun fact, the random sharpie lines were a result from listening to fast pace rock.

I added some bruises and stuff so I didn't have to explain to my younger sisters that I was referring to an emotional state of mind

This is a drawing of the ocean. It shows all the different zones of the ocean. It also shows animals that live in those zones. At the top is the sunlight zone. Next is the twilight zone. After that is the midnight zone. The last is the abyssal zone.

Urszyg [oorshig] – a daimon watching over garden cabins, summer houses, dachas, etc. He’s very fond of DIY projects, grilled dishes (although he wouldn’t say: „No“ to a good cat food). Unfortunately, he also likes strong beverages (particularly if they have a cherry flavor). For this reason, not all of his repairs and DIY projects can be considered successful. Generally, however, he is a good soul and I can‘t say anything bad about him.

Can you believe this is my first time drawing Bowser? It's not perfect, but I love how it turned out for a first. I did this because my sister found this non-profit organization that makes lunch packages for hungry children. This organization is allowing people to send them decorated paper lunch bags for them to use. We're about to send our first batch and I'm so excited! I have the links if you want to join the fun!

Actually unrelated to the virus, this was an idea I’ve had for a while about how our neglect for our planet affects future generations.

Recently re-watched.....a....certain...movie.....and felt persuaded to do this. I really liked the art style (not that i could do it myself) and wanted to try it in my own way. If you know what movie i'm talking about then feel free to comment it; i'm interested to see how many there are. Also, i would love some feedback on my art, this is the first one i've done with words in it sooo hopefully it "works".
