This was a really fun piece I did a while back for the Florasona challenge that was going around. I used a few different plants as inspiration. Ashwood blossoms/berries, calla lilies, tulips and morning glories.
I don't usually post my instagram & twitter art here, but why not? I'm so excited that it's finally October! I made this quick little doodle yesterday for the first day of October. Also, I have photoshop but I'm using Krita more and more. Krita has a more intuitive feel and I'm able to make quicker sketches with it.
The blue whale (Balaenoptera musculus) is a marine mammal belonging to the baleen whale suborder Mysticeti. Reaching a maximum confirmed length of 29.9 meters (98 feet) and weight of 173 tonnes (190 tons), it is the largest animal known to have ever existed. Inktober piece 1, another 3am finish so a bit late, but I am traveling this month so may not be able to put out 1 everyday. I will try my best to get some practice in.
This is part of a sequence inspired by @moonchildillustrations and her #moontoberweekends prompts (this one is apple!). This was fun, I want to start incorporating more animation/ sequences on what I create. I got inspired by my mother, when she was little she was scared of eating seeds because she thought they would grow out of her ears. With that in mind, have a great October!
