Completed my first commission of the year — inspired by my Dream Tree mural in Bristol, for a couple from the neighbourhood who walk by the mural nearly every day
Heavily inspired by the stay puft marshmallow man, marshmallow imps are very playful, loving and love hugs, Sourglum accidentally summoned them in her castle which ended up being infested by them, they get attached easily (they're very sticky) she gets angry and banishes them since they are not dangerous or violent to attack Sweetnette and her kingdom.they are slow but jump a lot they also giggle (Pillsbury Doughboy) they randomly teleport themselves from hell into Sourglum's castle.at the end she decides to keep them although as her loyal servants.
Lois's last book: "The style of Loish. Finding an artistic voice." is just AMAZING! It's:
- inspiring,
- full of tips on how to start searching own style,
- full of Lois's thoughts and experiences on her way to finding the artistic voice.
So I wanted to try something new in my digital art journey. I experimented with new techniques. I tried to use a brush type that gives a transparency effect.
I chose one picture from Loish's book as a reference.
And here it is - a colorful landscape.
Thank you, Lois, for creating and sharing your phenomenal and inspiring art!
Introducing Princess Sweetnette,an OC I created a while ago last year, heavily inspired by Lady Lovely Locks and Strawberry Shortcake. She's a cotton candy princess who goes to adventures along with her sidekick Prince Cotton Fluffe, her mother is Queen Yelinda ,a green cotton candy queen.her arch nemesis is Princess Sourglum, she is evil and spiteful wanting to take over her kingdom and land alongside is his cunning, sneaky father who often aides her when she needs to.her kingdom is heavily inspired by Candy land as well.she has a talking magical wand named Harty who is always eager to help and always protects 15-Sweetnette from any evil.
hello :)) i was fascinated about how the light shined on the flowers in a waiting room. it inspired me to start doodling. This is the result of that session. :) wish you a wonderful day!
A Bob Ross inspired painting, for the Digital Painting Studio challenge, I know composition is a bit off, but I'm still pretty satisfied with the end result, and sometimes, you just have to let go of the image and work on something else...
Some weeks ago my family and I visited my aunt and my cousins. The sun was shining alot in these days and it was so much fun. Exploring the places and spending time with my family and friends felt soo exciting and wonderful. These feelings inspired me for this drawing. Drawing it was really fun and now it reminds me of the beautiful time there. Wish you a fabelous day!! :)
One day I was watching Aliens, Predator ,and AVP things and It just make me get so inspired. I love those franchise to start with ,but gosh getting exposed to those franchises again just pouring art juice on me to get me so inspired to create as you this art piece. I wanted to have minime alien coming out of adult aline chest instead of cliche baby alien coming to make it different than what people expect. I just wish I had Artist grade color pencils instead of student grade I used on my color pencil art pieces, but soon or later I want to get artists quality color pencils. I am dying to try Polychronos color pencils. It is oil based color pencils. I been using wax based, but polychronos are expensive even more so than Prismacolors. If i want to save money and i gotten this brand before . It is Staedler triangle coloe pencils. They sell this stadeler color pencils of 48 colors for $13 at walmart.com. I might get that one I dunno. I do wana get Polychronos if not prismacolor but anyways Here is the art work using shitty color pencils. It seems like this scan looks better than my originals cuz i scan it and bring it to Photo impression software that came with the scanner to boost a bit of contrast cuz if u did not know student grade color pencils have less pigementations and more white fillers so u cannot make dark really nice dark or hightlight really nice strong highlight like artist quality color pencils can bring. DONE 2022 WITH STUDENT GRADE COLOR PENCIL ON 11X17 BRISTOL ORIGINAL ART $160+S/H AND I AM OPEN FOR COMMISSION COLOR PENCIL OR LEAD PENCIL WORK. SIZE RANGE FROM 8.5X11, 9X12, 11X14, 11X17 COMMISSION RATE STARTS FROM $20 AND UP. LEAVE COMMENT OR JUNGMEISTER4@YAHOO.COM I AM SELLING MY ORIGINAL ART. This scene was inspired by my walk home from work on Monday evening. The Moon was already high up. The weather was windy. The clouds were passing by fast, giving me a glimpse of the Moon here and there. A pretty ominous scene, if you ask me. Size: 2x2 inches.
„Sweet cakes and milkshakes“ this line is a part of the poem from the film „Before sunrise“. Celine and Jesse met in the train to Paris. Then they decided to switch up their plans. When I watched the film some years ago I felt so inspired. Until now the film has a special place in my heart. Do you have favourite movies? Wish you a woonderful dayy. :)
This was inspired by my passion for art. Art is truly my favorite thing to do in my free time. I love how creative you can be with it and you can create anything with art.
It was a really slow day at work, so slow that I had enough time to draw this on a sticky note with little to no interruptions. This was also inspired by a curated gallery on here called "Fun with Fungi".
