I'm working on a sketchbook for the Brooklyn Sketchbook Project (a library of art), and this is the first drawing I did for it. Little orange cat carrying a crystal with purpose.
Jung here. Done 2022 with Color pencils on 81/2 x 11 comicbook board backing. This is my character that i have created and it is part 2 of the original gas face that i had created. One day I went to my comic book shop and I was looking around and i saw this comicbook board backings,which is a bit larger than regular backings cuz it is for magazine size backing boards when I asked the worker at the comic book shop he said they are not selling those backings so I asked him can I have some and he said yes, so I used one of the backings on the backside to draw this character of mine,but I noticed as i was working on the piece the backing surface of the paper start to peel off and it was not durable at all. As you can see you will see some tiny peeled off spots of the paper in the artwork. this is a drawing i started awhile ago. while working on it there where moments were i felt sad and it cheered me up.
The giant is inspired of the Forest Giant in the series "Hilda". After i watched the episode i really wanted to draw a giant. Now, some months later i finished the drawing and i had really fun. ☺️

So. I wasn’t gonna post this but. My moms friends from a long time ago. Two of them passed away, I didn’t know them very well but I know the bottom left two. The top left is my mom hope you like it!
These guys get a bad rap but they're just trying to help! This is my entry for the Kula Cloth design contest. A Kula Cloth is an a pee cloth for anybody that squats when they pee. Perfect for LNT hiking and camping!
