I have had an idea for a long time to illustrate Sympathy for the Devil from Rolling Stones.
This start from free sketching of cloud looking lines and soon i realise they look like atom bomb cloud. Original idea was more landscape version but maybe later.
i did a small doodle whilst looking down at the green fields of England from a plane that i was travelling on. Once home i worked on it and then used photoshop to create a repeating pattern.

Well...depends on how far we can bend that. Inspired by the hurricane that passed through this evening. The wind bent the largest trees to the ground. I'm happy to still have my roof.
Pastels...I've never been a huge fan of working with them, mainly because I can never seem to get them to blend or move the way I want. I think this turned out okay; it's not the worst it could've been...not the best. It was fun to try, considering the fact that I rarely try new mediums, and it got my mind off everything I've been worrying about. Anyway, enjoy.

Mighty satellites crashed to Earth. Oceans swallowed up the lands. The World became new . Planet Earth became Illoniri . The people who were not crushed, tried their best to survive, and they did . But what was that like? Living in a world where everything has been taken from you ? Everything but your own life ? No communication, except with the people right next to you. Your own friends and family mutating and changing before your very eyes. Imagine ... gaining magical powers, riding strange and fantastic beasts, forging your own destiny from the ruins of the old world. Exploring the world you thought you knew. A beautiful and pure and young world, born of the ashes of the old one . What will we do to protect this new Earth? What lengths will we go to ? How can we keep our Mother Illoniri safe from evil ? I will fight . We all must fight. We cannot chance our world to be destroyed a second time. But maybe... maybe we don't have to fight? Maybe the reason Earth died and became Illoniri is because all we ever do is fight ? Is the answer so simple? Have humility and understanding, and we may all live? Keeping peace is easier said than done . Maybe we all just need to be kind and our Illoniri will be saved? Only time will tell... Until there is peace, we venture onward. I saw this just sitting on a shelf in bookstore, snapped a pic and made a parody, I think the cover art looked nice, outside of that, I've never played it. LOL
"Helios" is a world of infernal heat and these towers are the only protection the inhabitants have against the unforgiving environment outside. -- Oils on canvas with a knife.
Squirtle: no more no less. Actually more about it, my lighting is bad, aka the yellow tint. Also color picking is really hard, and i might have to do a bit more outlining to the piece to make it look cohesive. But overall the composition is balanced i think, even if i slacked off with the execution a bit towards the end
The Factions had become strong, but were not strong enough, they tried to help their areas, but establishing a new government in a post-apocalypse is harder than it may seem.
The Knights Faction, in its quest to slay the remaining dragons of the Fae Forest, and in an attempt to secure more supplies in the beautiful and bountiful region.
A force of knights, mainly human, staged a takeover, violently taking from the elven folks of the forest villages, shortly after the negotiations failed. The elves were sad to lose so much land to the war effort of the humans. Some elves joined with the modernizing society of humans, and others stayed and tried to fight back against the growing human population and demand for more land. Elven oppression became an issue to a few people, who now fought for Faere Rights.
A Lich Queen rose from the fallen elven lands and vowed revenge. She banned together the downtrodden races of Orcs and Goblins . Using intense gene meddling and tampering, the Lich Queen mutated the Orcs into a new breed of fighting beasts called Ogres. Alongside this, the Trolls were created. Trolls were an artificial life-form designed for battle, possessing great strength but being having very little brains.
War. Another war . The Great Faere War .
Knights, the strongest faction in Nornwan. Known for their much vaunted military might. Without the sacrifices and bravery of the Knights, the lands would be overrun with Dragons, or bandits, or some other horrid force of darkness. The bastion of hope, despite all disagreements they have had with the Church and Wixard Factions.
This was a requested painting that is sold . There were a couple special requests that i’m still working on so as of right now, this painting isn’t finished.
The Wizard is gone. The Ranger's blade has broken, but his spirit is on fire still, and he will conquer every foe in Mordor . The Ice Alf is surely out of his element in these lands of fiery doom, but he has an oath to honor to brother to captain and to king, also, there'es no way he'll be upstaged by the dwarf . The Dwarf, one victim amongst many, the difference is that he still breathes, and that is their biggest mistake.
