From my book turned sketchbook "SAVARI – an illustrated journey through Iran & India" is finally out!
SAVARI is a collection of drawings from my sketchbook from five months of Iran & India. It‘s a travelogue full of drawings, sketches, poems and notes,
Rabbits thorns and moons. I usual don’t know where I’m going when my pen touches down. The illustration took me for a ride and I’m not gonna lie. I kinda enjoyed it. As it progressed, it felt like an album cover so why not?
When your own son calls you anonymous, you probably don’t exist. He likes to be funny on greeting cards. Hahaa! Usually my doodles are a one to two day thing. I continued adding to this one over a period of a couple weeks. Life has been a blur lately. It feels good to be able to post something again.
