This is my uncles young blood hound. Her name is Rusty Rolls. She actually looks nothing like a typical bloodhound. She is a shiny rusty color with white paws and a few other white markings. She was the only one in her litter that looks this was and one of the most unique dogs i’ve ever seen
Hi there, I wanted to uploade this art work as the quarantine quarter submission.. But due to my harsh luck the time was out...and I was late by 2-3mins...I was extremely sad about it but then thought to upload it on my profile only...so this is basically a drawing of me and my family enjoying time in this quarantine period :) and please please please tell any kind of lack in my this drawing... I would like to place a red rose somewhere in the vicinity of the red circle. Should I make the background darker than the Friesian, lighter (grey-ish) than the Friesian, or keep it how it is? Any opinions/comments would be very helpful.
I feel like my landscapes have very traditional colors so i tried to make these look bright and exaggerated but still hold the same base color. Let me know what you think.
Inspired by a drawing challenge to draw two objects based on the first letters of your first and last name. I thought a chameleon and labrador would be fun to draw together, because it reminds me of the friendship that forms when an extrovert adopts an introvert ^_^ This is my first digital drawing that I tried without using line art. It was challenging to get the hang of, but I like the bright and simple effect of it.
I saw someone else on Doodle Addicts doing really great bookmarks and I remembered that last winter, when I couldn't seem to do anything else creative, I made a bunch of bookmarks. It's a way of trying out things, and using fun media like these glitter pens I inherited.
Meet Lorisnail, my original character for a children’s book. It is a lonely and thoughtful creature that looks like a loris (a small primate that lives in Southeast Asia) and a snail. Needle felted wool on pipe cleaner with paper mache shell.
It’s like drawing your own coloring page... Though I do realize there are thousands and thousands of books out there that have already have the drawings completed..
Whew! Baby yoda was fun to draw and gave me an excuse to get familiar with some of these brushes. The original sketch had a special guest, so you might see this one pop up again in the future. Hope you like him! .
Second post here on Doodle Addict. I don't know why but this reminds me of Spirited away....or just studio Ghibli. All their art just makes me feel like i'm actually in that place; i can feel the breeze, hear and feel the grass.....Anyways, that's the image i get in my head when making this. I have never loved drawing anything city related because I am lazy when it comes to perspective. However, I have learned that I actually like the wobbly nature of my more recent attempts. Or, I simply embraced my laziness. Either way it has been fun!
Lead pencils F,B-B7, kneatable- ,normal-, pencil eraser, paper stomps, tissue on A3 bamboo fibre rag paper. Choose to draw her bald, for no particular reason. Zoom in for full detail. Photographed in the sunlight with the canon 28 mm f/1.8 prime lens. Photoshop for greysteps contrast-boost and cropping. Like if you dare. Or else post some critique. Just some try to imagine Christina bald. Realistic? Still doodling? Her eyes are like dominating the whole draw... kind of unreal, isn´t it?
Charcoal is a new medium for me. This is violet szabo an agent in the s.o.e during ww2. She was shot as a spy in a concentration camp on Hitler's orders.i like to draw portraits of people with interesting stories to their lives.
