Endangered Species New Zealand Kaka... A large olive-brown forest parrot with grey-white crown, bright red-orange underwing and deep crimson belly and under-tail coverts. Males have a noticeably longer and deeper upper mandible and bigger head than females which is apparent when the two are seen side by side. (QR Code Expired)

Long time ago I bought these 80's Marvel universe official handbook from Clifton comic con in NJ. It is small con where itis held in small gymnasium and admission fee is free. The Lesser Spotted Woodpecker is the smallest and least common of the UK's three species of woodpecker. It is most often found in the tops of trees where it creeps along branches in search of insects. Found in England, but rare in the north. Absent from Scotland and Ireland. Its 'drumming' is much quieter and less vigorous than that of the Great Spotted Woodpecker; its presence is often only given away by this or their call.
The lesser spotted woodpecker is small in size, being not much bigger than a house sparrow. Males are black and white, with a red crown cap, and females are plain black and white. They both have a distinctive white ladder marking down their black back.

Hey, I’m still alive I’ve just been busy with life and what is it that I want to draw next that I haven’t really posted anything. I’ve mostly been working on human anatomy from the ground up, so I have not been drawing human bodies just mostly boxes, circles and shapes of the human body and just like my last post I decided I wasn’t going to post process I wanted to post stuff that I was proud of, I didn’t want to post just to post I want to make something and be proud of what I post. In the style of Lucien Freud, this little painting didn't take long, but was fun and an accurate representation of the model. Plus size models are often just as interesting as many of the thinner models we got in drawing sessions. Beauty exists for different people in different ways. Character is certainly a big aspect.
