This is only the second time I've done pixel art. (both times were today) This is based on my own hand, which has rather stubby fingers, but I added some lighter touches that make it more feminine than my own. (I rather like my black nails, thank you very much)

I laughed at this comic- one of many that I had forgotten about- of a conversation with an artist friend I've known since 1984, when I went to visit in her pottery shop.
This is my own take on Yoai’s mini chibi tutorial for Bonnie. You can find this in her book ‘mini chibi art class: a complete course in drawing cuties & beasties’. I wanted to follow her tutorial but also give my own style while doing so. This was done in procreate.
