I drew Entrapta A) because she is cute and one of my favorite characters and B) .... because I don’t know I was watching She-Ra and love her so much? Okay anyway here we are. Not great at drawing full body so I left it like that. Might add more another time and repost.
This is someone's OC I drew (the design is not mine. No stealing please.) It's also one of my first attempts at drawing a dragon-like creature. This one, I'm pretty proud of. However, I need practice on drawing scales. Getting them to look right is more difficult than I thought. Overall, super happy with this picture. I hope the image makes your day a little more magical.
The first two doodles, the Huckleberry Hound and the social media dog are already on here. But I had more space on the paper, and decided to draw a bunch of dalmatian dogs after seeing "101 Dalmatian Street" on Disney XD, and my 1930's rubber hose dog Dipsy Diddle, whom I've done quite a bit of drawings of.

Normally i start w an idea or whim & doodle away trying to capture my thots. On this one i simply scribbled onto a page & then looked hard for shapes, animals, faces & any other unorthodox item. Then i simply added some color. I plan to do more of these mostly as a gr8 exercise for fresh runaway doodles hot off the press!
I'm currently doing exercises from DrawABox. Although the header here is: "The Aspiration is just to fill a page. It's not a product. No one has to see it." I will probably end up posting more of these. This is not the same as the graphic journal, which is more about me, my daily activities, etc.
I always found Chicken & Salad to be somewhat of an oxymoron... the word Salad usually means delectable fruits & vegetables... Right? So whether it's beef, pork, chicken or spam... it feels like cheating. & don't think i am fooled by bacon bits either! So this of course made me ponder what possibly a Chicken Salad farm would look like. Or maybe they are produced via eggplant? Either way it's closer to an actual genuine 'salad' & brings more validity to this vegetarian staple. Good day!
I have made of book of these maps of whimsical nonsense. I strongly feel we need more nonsense & mindless meaningless windows of imagination & for those who r not afraid to go on a courageous personal adventure... enjoy! In other words, whatever u see... u r correct. There is no hidden message. No persuasion or guiding philosophy... just silly fun if u will allow yourself the freedom to revel w-out reason.
Yet again, this came from a doodle... then from there, i just couldn't help myself & continued to add more fun & a few extra nutty bonus cartoons. Hence the number 6. A great caricature artist by the name of Al Hirschfield used to add & scribble his daughters' name into each drawing. He then would add a number next to his signature signaling how many times the name 'Nina' would appear. So in a similar way i too have decided to add a number but mine will simply offer a hint for how many extra cartoons i have deliberately added. Can u find them?
I absolutely loved the poet who spoke at the inauguration yesterday, so I looked up a photo of her and drew it. I would attach the photo, but I can’t upload more than one thing. :)
This is Chess Choco Cookie from Cookie Run: Ovenbreak. These twins love playing chess more than anything, so be careful, if you engage in a match with them, you will have to play until the very end.
An animatronic I made in Minecraft --- I know it sounds a little cringe, but I constantly build pizzerias, add armor stands to act as animatronics, and make a FNaF map. I'd then invite friends and have them sit in the office, while I move the armor stands. This animatronic is named "Dijon", sort of like the mustard. I only drew Dijon, but there's another animatronic, "Dijona", who has a lighter suit color. These guys are sort of like the Fredbear and Spring bonnie of the pizzerias I've made. I might draw more later. Drawn with FireAlpaca (and I play on the Nintendo Switch).
Some more stylized withered versions of the Altitone band members, Elizabeth (on the left) and Altor (on the right). Elizabeth has ears but no cameras (which are usually located somewhere on the head (look at stylized withered Preistor for context)), so she is blind. Altor has no ears but a camera (which has been broken off and now sits loose in Altor's disembodied head), so he's deaf. Before version 2 of these guys, Preistor was maroon (once again, look at stylized withered Preistor for context), Elizabeth was teal, and Altor was yellow-green (mostly yellow). I don't usually post my instagram & twitter art here, but why not? I'm so excited that it's finally October! I made this quick little doodle yesterday for the first day of October. Also, I have photoshop but I'm using Krita more and more. Krita has a more intuitive feel and I'm able to make quicker sketches with it.
I wanted to redo a simple drawing from 2011. I found it lying around the piles of paper that I swarmed myself with a decade ago. I like to think I've learned a bit more technique in these past years.
