The eye color is the color of the shirt you are currently wearing. Hair color is the color of your bed sheets. Outfit color will be the color and/or pattern of your favorite fruit. If you are wearing socks give them a fruit staff; if you are barefoot give them a fruit wand.

About once a year I set aside a page in my sketchbook, or bullet journal, to do a marker test. I go through every pen I own including Sharpies, highlighters, Bic Permanent Markers, Crayola markers, Stabilo pens, Expo dry erase markers and everything in between. I document the quality and determine whether to keep or toss the utensil. I find it’s easy to collect art materials, especially when you’re like me and switch mediums regularly. It’s important to know that when I reach for a certain pen or marker, it’s going to work the way I want it to. I do keep a page at the back of my sketchbook open for testing mediums, but it’s an important part of the process of creating art to go with the flow and just draw.

I love the versatility of acrylic paint. You can change the consistency by adding water or acrylic mediums. These additions enable artists to create transparent glazes or thick impasto textures. The fast-drying nature of acrylics makes it easier to correct mistakes or make alterations during the painting process. This portrait was created using mixed media like colored pencils, markers, and ink. The portrait features the face of a man resting in his hand, and staring dead-eyed at the viewer. I used non local color techniques to create depth and form using colors not typically found in the human face, like blues and violets for shadows and yellows and oranges or highlights. Parts of his face include small pink stars which originally faded from the previous page, but I really like the look it gives, they almost look like celestial freckles.
This is a piece of art that I've just done for a friend. Don't try to ask me what it is exactly, because I have crazy friends. he drew a poorly sketched character on a piece of paper, which I doodled over as a layer, so I didn't have much to work with. I was mainly experimenting with Sketchbook's tools, so that's why its kind of all over the place. God gave me the gift of art.....and I'm creating angry bird knock-offs. :]
I was having some creator’s block, so instead of a collage of drawing (you know, besides my phone case being a collage of doodles), I made a collage of objects from my room that I thought described my personality. Comment what kind of personality I have and what object(s) makes you think that!
So I've just downloaded the "Sketchbook" app and am hoping to do great things with it. This is my first piece of art on it, so I'll consider it a test of sorts and not really put much into it. This ft blue cat named Matt.....I'm not sure if is considered an OC since its a poorly drawn test sketch character, but then again I did give it a name. IDK,you tell me. Its more of a doodle from me. :\
I wanted to try a drawing that uses a monochromatic color palette. I found the process to be very enjoyable. It can feel limiting at times, working with only one color of varying shades. Specifically when choosing the amount of shades you're working with. It's also a nice alternative when I can't think of a color scheme that uses different colors.
This colorful painting was created using gouache paint to give an illustrative design feel. The subject is a cow painted using non-local colors like pink and violet, contrasting the orange sky background. This picture I posted yesterday, the difference is the face- I hated it so much that I decided to fix it then upload it again. This just goes to show how fixing something simple can fix the whole picture. I hope you don't think I have OCD for fixing the face then uploading it again, lol
