A mini box that I decorated to keep some of my crystals in. I've made several of these as gifts for friends, so I thought I'd make one for myself.

Too much patterns? Probably, but i enjoyed every minute painting it.I had so much fun inventing new patterns for each layer.

The Jack Story from Rooster's Wife by Russell Edson. There was the Jack of the beanstalk story, and a Jack Sprat who could eat no fat. And there was Jack-in-a-box who used to spring out of a box for no reason at all. And Jack who broke his crown fetching water with a certain Jill. I started painting with acrylics again towards the end of 2018. On 4x6" canvas wraps, they were so small, but so much fun to paint. I was pleased with this one except for the fact the magentas for the foxgloves weren't as vibrant as I hoped. The location that inspired it is Irfon Forest in Mid-Wales. I can't imagine it's a particularly touristy spot, but it's an absolute hidden gem with extensive views over the Brecon Beacons.

New Ghost OC I came up with! His appearance may scare most ghosts but he means no harm since he is a huge trickster and also tickles ghosts without their permission He measures approximately 7'4

Done in graphite and watercolor. Something I like to do is take everyday mundane objects and try to make them unnerving, etc.
