This is one of my favorite pieces. This was inspired by Repo! The Genetic Opera, but it means a lot more to me as well. Feelings of desperation and also a feeling of self control that really isn't there. Forcing myself to smile and all the while, feeling hollow inside.

This piece consist of 2 sheets, the bottom sheet is painted by my four year old daughter, on top of that is a orange paper which I cut the kitchenware out of.

I had been attending a one on one class with an artist friend. On our second meeting he taught me how yo draw a portrait with just pen and paper. So there. I drew my first piece for portraiture.

This is on my desk. I have an oversize calendar where I clean my bruches or doodle on it. It also becomes a conversation piece where I will frame it.

I meant to just write on the front with my sharpie but I liked how smooth it felt on the CD sooo.... I doodled it!
