I haven't posted for awhile. The only thing I seem to be able to do right now, besides boring traditional student work (does anyone really want to see endless figure studies? I think not) is this weird graphic Journal. It may be the only thing I do for awhile here.

Jean Valjean hands Cosette the doll at the Thernardier's inn- scene from Victor Hugo's "Les Miserables", acrylic on canvas.

Adhd meds at their best. Felt tip fun.

Inktober prompt: Slippery. Drawn with a Shaeffer Tuckaway, Hero blue black ink

Based on photo but different this drawing from the original picture. I drew it a few months ago. I used Derwent Academy, Staedtler and Fiorello colour pencils. I don’t drew many color pictures yet because I don't have enough pencils.

I've been working on my dragons lately, so tell me what you think!!

Tried drawing a dragon for the first time. Dont think I did too bad

First watercolor painting I've done so far. Pretty fun medium to work with. Canson Illustration 150lb. paper.

I tried to work on my gesture drawing this meetup. The red marked are my favorite. I have tried to reduce the figure to just the flowing lines. It is very satisfying to draw like this

Most likely the only attempt you'll see me do with real life people portraits.

Sketch was completed in a local coffee shop that also sells cactuses and succulents.

Catch-up time again?

This painting is from my little sister.

Acrylic marker.

Was sick all last week and only had the energy to make this :) I didn't really plan this one out...so I'll call it experimental.

Rural building in ink and digital color

Patience - is so important thing in our life. It is so easy to forget about it... Be patient :)

Inspired by @schmoedraws and her book "Sketch every day". I fell in love with this book

A commission of a portrait. This will be a future gift for his young son when he is older. Acrylic on canvas.

Inktober Prompt: Sleep. Shaeffer Tuckaway fountain pen, Hero blue black ink

Sunny and bright just the way I like it.

A Cloud, a Tree, a Star. Illustration of St. Brendan (Naomh Breandain in Irish) for Tolkien's poem, Imram (https://englewoodreview.org/poem-the-death-of-st-brendan-j-r-r-tolkien/).

This is a watercolor painting I made of birds view on nature.

Just more experimental work today. Ballpoint.
