All rights reserved. — Artwork was made using a black Sharpie marker, a Ranger white opaque pen, a Precise V5 Rolling Ball extra fine black pen, and a sheet of paper from a Moleskine journal. The piece was then copied in black and white using an HP copier. Layered watercolor floral inspired by the beginning of autumn.

This piece began as a multi-colored abstract . . . but it was nowhere . . . nothing . . . and had no essence. So, I tried to take it in the direction of a landscape . . . and that was horrible. I gave the entire piece a whitewash using a white acrylic paint pen. And then the idea popped into my head to Doodle over the colored background. The title reflects the fact that the piece only came to life with the addition of the Doodles . . .

I made an angel looking to throwdown! I colored in old artwork from a couple years ago. I'm practicing lineless art coloring in lieu of this weekend's art streams! This took me about 4+ hours to do, but it was a fun challenge!
