#blackcappedchickadee Facts
A bird almost universally considered “cute” thanks to its oversized round head, tiny body, and curiosity about everything, including humans. The chickadee’s black cap and bib; white cheeks; gray back, wings, and tail; and whitish underside with buffy sides are distinctive. Its habit of investigating people and everything else in its home territory, and quickness to discover bird feeders, make it one of the first birds most people learn. This is an acrylic painting on pre-stretched canvas. It features a pop art style of pink and teal and purple shapes in a sort of abstracted floral pattern, but wait, that's a flower there too. Huh that's pretty cool. Yeah so there's also gold and white flowers too. It's a pretty pretty painting and I should know, I'm the artist. Love, Brianna Eisman
Pink tulips on toned tan sketch paper. This was my first time burnishing. I used the toned tan paper so that I could better see the effects of burnishing with a white pencil. I used Prismacolor soft core pencils.
I think the best time of the weekend is driving home from work on Friday evening and thinking of all the potential of the weekend. Time to draw, paint, hang with family and friends and thank God for blessings.
