Malthus appears to be absent of any kind of mercy or remorse, often toying with its victims before attempting to kill them and take their souls. Day 13 Kind
For this day i decided to draw flapjack from “the misadventures of flapjack”an old cartoon i used to watch. I have been currently rewatching it for fun and i said to myself flapjack is kind he should be here.
I want the composition to be thoughtful but on the sad side. My skill practice was brush strokes and blending (but not overdoing the blending) as I try to figure out how I stylize as an artist. Still working in the realm of realism and proportions as I am a newbie, but wanna flex into stylization a bit more. I did this through Rebelle 5, which is absolutely amazing, IMO.
My right brain says “huge and kisses her right now, dude !”..but, my left brain says “don't do that! are you crazy?” “Oh my god…What happen here…” my heart was confused and asked me to bring myself back! Life is full of difficulties and hurdle. A mixed bag of happy and sad days. But when it comes to measuring them, we tend to weigh them towards the difficult ones more forgetting or avoiding the happy ones. This illustration is a composition to share how small or short life is to worry about tough times. Instead we can focus on being positive and happy and live every moment fully
So I just finished “the fault in our stars” by John green and it is very sad. It involves death and there is a song called when am I going to lose you by local natives. Both of them at the same time was overwhelming and It brought up the question, when am I gonna lose the ones I love so dearly?

The giant is inspired of the Forest Giant in the series "Hilda". After i watched the episode i really wanted to draw a giant. Now, some months later i finished the drawing and i had really fun. ☺️
