sketch

This is Michelle, the most prettiest girl I have ever seen.

Realizing I don’t have completed work, only sketches and practice to show. Here’s an awkward take on my portrait

The prompt word toward the end of October- ominous. Ravens are known to bring ominous news! Although that may be influenced from Game of Thrones (I miss that show!), 'Dark wings, dark words", as Old Nan used to say! Check out the rest of my Inktober posts on IG: @dittofunkysketch123 ! :D I am now participating in Inktober 52, so new adventures for Kitty and Buddy. teepublic.com/user/sketchcadet for some of these series on products! :D

Quick sketch practice. Always trying to capture the structure but keep expression.

Another Catalonia themed Google street view urban sketch. I tried to take the light and shade thing further ;) This time I did take note of the exact location: 2 Carrer Sant Carles, Lleida.

Creepy version

I'm just bored. Really.

Working on faces in different poses..

DoodleSchmoodlez 29th Nov. = I love going thru old sketch pads 'n splash watercolor on 'em. Reminds me of e like the last 15 mins of my youngest daughter's swimming lessons - the kidz'd just chill out... think it's sooo important to have fun when learning / cre8ing. https://artdavidmeehan.blogspot.com/p/e.html https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?vanity=artdavidmeehan&set=a.1010407775728799 https://www.instagram.com/doodleschmoodlez/ https://twitter.com/doodlingdoodlez

I did this sketch a while ago, but it still holds up. These two (Richard Dixon left, Asher Dixon right) are brothers, who have two very well-off parents. They live in a five story mansion, but still go to a public school because of where they live. They're both blond, but Richard dyes his hair purple.

Pen and ink on paper. Quick lil sketch of my three buddies

Buddy sure likes Kitty's chew toy! I don't think Kitty is happy in sharing...Check out the rest of my completed Inktober posts on IG: @dittofunkysketch123 ! Also, I have some of these Inktober designs on teepublic! teepublic.com/user/sketchcadet :D

my Mona Lisa

Another page from my drawing journal. I sketch based on photos taken of people, places, things, doings--often same day.

The croaky old folkie! This guy was responsible for some of the best music in the 60's. Done in ink one afternoon.

Singer, Johnny Cash; watercolor sketch

Just a girl.

Gone to Gallifrey.

Nat checking her email. The polar fleece blanket colour and texture didn't turn out the way I wanted it to. Bic4 Ballpoint Pen, Sanrio Novelty 10 Colour Ballpoint Pen on Archival 8.5" x 11" paper

Activity at the river. Day in the life...sketching journal

Black and white, graphite (pencil) sketch.

There have been many Joker incarnations, and this will be someone's favorite. I like the differences in each actor's portrayal of him.

Sometimes I feel like my drawing is similar to composing music. I start drawing just something and hope that it begins its own life. In this drawing i start from the clouds and doesnt have any idea what it is gonna be at end.
