Doodle-A-Day #7

Another iso cat in pastel

This guy was my first ever exploration with Inktense. He came out looking more neon than regal, hence the title.

Pencil and watercolour, 7x5".

I am quite proud of this one because it's my first attempt at lineless art featuring Sid from Hey Arnold

The attempt to rehydrate the carrots didn't work.

Working on composition. I really like the work of the Japanese masters.

Finally, my artblock seems to be over but now there are exams coming and I still can't draw

Dark Side of Spring. Lots of murder going on in springtime, it's not just flowers.

Eri's so cute :)

Watercolour and pen on paper

Always wanted to draw Sakura from CLAMPs manga Cardcaptor Sakura. And I finally got around and did it!

Pastel, charcoal pencil and graphite on watercolour paper, 29 x 36 cm

Cat #2

I draw as discreetly as i can interesting faces in buses, cafes, parks. in general I get away with it, but sometimes fellow passengers, or patrons notice my moral trespassings, with a wink.

playing with watercolours

I'm going to paint this guy onto an egg next Easter. Ink & watercolor on 5x5 Arches cold press.

Cole Sprouse

Graphite on paper

This was a practice comic page I was doing. As for the character himself. I'll let you try and piece that together through the art.

This is from daily practice. I'm trying to get better pencil control and find a language that describes what's in front of me in a few clean lines, so gesture practice is important for me

Hey thanks past me
