Just another test - working file to try and establish the feel of the book - problem i am having is book for adults, tweens, or kids - is it too scary? In the end there are a million things that harbour self doubt so better to just "do" instead of think too hard about it. - again just a test.

More wars on foreign shores
More names for us to mourn
To misguide the misinformed
To ignore the sick and poor
Thus, we praise the lords of war
On our knees and beg for more
A fresh poison for the weak
Filthy little beasts
Bred to conform
It's the dwarfed souls of greedy men
Feculent, arrogant
That shackles our young to the cold concrete
And empty their guns into bodies
They scream "I'm not guilty"

But cowards here are only what they fear

What is so terrible about a child screaming?
Why should it disturb us?
Just because we happen to be there to hear it?
What about the child who comes from an inadequate home, where he gets no encouragement from his parents
Where he doesn't have enough to wear, he doesn't have enough to eat, he comes to school hungry...

(PS I hadn't drawing Felipe & junior on an date in 6 month's / now almost 7 months l exp last time was Jeffpayricks day 2025 the one where Felipe had his childhood bff non blood related friend named junior back in March 2025 for st jeffpayricks day in pot of gold together was last time i drew the 2 together on.

(gel fineliner pen on 115mm x 87mm paper) I did this piece to test out those cheap fineliner pens that you can buy for £1 for 3 from TheWorks stores. They're pretty good for what they are, as you can see. They're 0.38 in line width and the gel ink is quite opaque.
Things I learned from fairy tales.
Being first is not always good. Being second is worse.
And so, slow down and enjoy not being the fastest!

Henry made a delicious chocolate cake for his friend & went berry picking so he could top the cake with the sweetest and juiciest berries. The only problem was the berries were so delicious and he couldn't help nibbling them off the tree !
This piece is in a style that, I think, is very different from how I usually drawn or paint. I had bought myself a set of acrylic gouache paints, and I wanted to do something to test them out since I'd never used them before. (I'm definitely not the type of person who sees something new and buys it for the heck of it, but here we are..) I will say, I'm happy I bought them. If anyone has these paints and can share any tips on using them, it would be greatly appreciated!
Acrylic on Canvas, March 2020. This painting is of a photo that I took on a camping road trip around Iceland in May 2016 with two of my oldest and best friends -- one of my greatest memories.
7'x7' copper plate decorated by myself using acrylic paint and coated with paint protection gloss.
Safe to use as an ashtray, rolling tray, or decorative plate.
This is my take on the starry night painting. I bought the little tray and decides to recycle it. After painting and glossing I personally tested this product out to be sure of the the safety in the product. It can be cleaned with a damp cloth.
This is not safe for putting food on, but it's great for kitchen decoration.
