Okay, I understand that comparing any real-life animatronic bands to FNaF is practically a sin, but I made this doodle subconsciously and I'm in love with it. Introducing Rock-afire Freddy. FNaF animatronics have many differences to real life animatronics, like how FNaF animatronics are made of segments, while real animatronics consist of one big fur piece, much more flexible. And that many of the animatronics from FNaF are completely able to walk around --- but in real life, the animatronics only have moving parts that are essential to their performance. This sort of also leads to another difference; FNaF animatronics from a specific generation all have the same endo, while real endoskeletons for animatronics have their own endoskeleton --- which have several differences from FNaF endos, like having upper jaws (which real endos don't), having teeth (real endos just have a plate which can move the mask jaw), being very bare and with few wires (real endos are very complex, and unlike FNaF where the animtronics are probably powered by electricity, real animatronics usually run on pneumatics). Anyways, enough of me rambling.

GOT OFF THE TRACK

Helloou! my mum and I did a fun design in the train. She said she wanted me to design a little friend that represents her. She wanted it to have fun green hair and a pink bag. She told me what the design would look like and i sketched it out. Then we designed a little friend that represents my dad. My mum said that showing the tomatoes are really important, because he loves to take care of the tomatoes in the garden. Some time later I decided i wanted to draw the two little friends enjoying a warm day together. Drawing it was soso much fun. I absolutly wish you a goood day!

Fobbles used to be afraid of pumpkins, until he learned that you can carve faces and other shapes into said gourds to make jack-o-lanterns. And thus, he now raises pumpkins for a living.

A 4x6" colour sketch of Amroth Beach, Pembrokeshire in preparation for a much larger piece. The light that day was gorgeous, but the level of detail in the distance really could do with a larger canvas to make the most of it.

I figured it'd be a while until I draw (in full detail) ALL of the Altitone band members, so I made each one a sprite. Their names are (from left to right): (The first one is a base), Elizabeth the hot pink cat, Preistor the sky blue rabbit, Altor the golden bear, Bruce the green mouse, Lexibo the violet elephant, Mary the short red fox, Dexter the blue-gray Racoon DJ, and the three cheerleaders: Rosette the crimson mouse, Oopsie the russet fox, and Pastelle the cotton candy short-eared rabbit. On the very bottom are the instruments. In order, they are Elizabeth's mic, Preistor's guitar, Altor's drum set, Bruce's mic, Lexibo's piano, Mary's oil drum (not an instrument, but Mary hides her bottom half in the oil drum, sort of like Looney Bird from The Rock-afire Explosion (which is why she has no legs)), and Dexter's DJ board. The last three are cheerleaders, and their hands have been replaced with cheerleading pom poms. On stage left, we have Dexter and Mary. On the center stage, we have Preistor, Altor, Lexibo, Elizabeth, and Bruce. On stage right is Rosette, Oopsie, and Pastelle. Made with Piskel. Ahh, final day of Inktober...and for the word ripe, I couldn’t help but think of signs of spring/summer returning to the land of Westeros after everything...everything!! The battle with the Night King is over and so is the battle for the Iron Throne. All over Westeros including The North, including Winterfell is ripe for life to return to normal again. *I have already completed the entire Inktober- you can check it out on my IG account: @dittofunkysketch123 :D

I have had an ongoing project called Hybrid Mythologies. Inspired by stories and mythological creatures, tales from different traditions and parts of the world, I have been playing with emergent stories, characters and creatures that incorporate different elements. It is really a kind of spontaneous, intuitive journey and play of associations - oftentimes surprising to myself in what emerges. This year I am planning to publish an artbook entitled Hybrid Mythologies and if it all goes according to plan, it should be done some time in May. I will post process from this book.

I did the drawings but I keep forgetting to post them

This is NOT my artwork, this was given to me as a graduation gift from my brother. This was during the drought so not a lot of us could get a bouquet of flowers, my brother asked our art teacher to do an extra print for me. When I found this in my gift bag I was already emotional and almost cried. This was better than a bouquet of flowers, one of my favourite birds in my favourite medium.

This is my contribution to a Diversity and Unity Mural. The meaning behind it is how we are all different and have our own backgrounds, but we're all connected to each other like the roots show. We are stronger unified, and our progression in making the world a better place is like this plant, it can only grow with care and under the right conditions. Together we can make a better future, while still keeping our roots because of their importance to our identities.
