I've started an experimental phase of my art journey. It's a challenging time for me. I try to draw and paint using different techniques, brushes, and color palettes. I'm on the way to exploring my artistic voice. I hope it'll be a great time to share my thought and emotions about this. The 1st thought I can say is: I need to be an explorer as often as possible. It allows me to look inside myself. It allows me to get to know myself better. It's very motivating.

Looks like I've stopped dating the pictures in my little sketchbook at some point :O Might be 2020 or 2021. Again acryl paint.

This scene was inspired by my walk home from work on Monday evening. The Moon was already high up. The weather was windy. The clouds were passing by fast, giving me a glimpse of the Moon here and there. A pretty ominous scene, if you ask me. Size: 2x2 inches.

In a world of magical beings, there is one creature that people nowadays have never seen before. Dragons. With the new world, dragons have gone extinct ever since the war with the dark lord. The 7 Great Hero’s are yet to return to save humanity for another war. But with the leader of the seven, a living dragon, sealed away in the Great Tree of Yggdrasil , they have no way to figure out how to save everybody.

I was so impressed by the confidence of that one puff of a dandelion growing right up in the peonies... I thought it deserved a painting. I used acrylic inks and Posca markers. Note: for some reason, every image is showing fluorescent greens? My file doesn't look like that, sorry.

Hey everyone! This is an interactive website I did for my BFA thesis this year. The piece explores the struggles I’ve faced as a black, lesbian woman. This piece features events that happened when I was in an unhealthy relationship in high school, from late-2016 to mid-2017. The work combines CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and HTML with digitized images that I drew on paper, using black colored pencil. I'd really appreciate some feedback and critique for this work. The logo symbol was created with the sun, leaves, and stars. As you know the Sun is the largest source of clean energy in the world. It is eco-friendly that's why I included the sun's rays as leaves and all leaves are connected to each other like solar cells. Star comes from the name 'Loolo'.
