Soft pastels - a solitary tree

I truly died drawing this. And while I died, I kept adding and adding grrrr. Anyway, my new version of the goddess of nature that I did in 2014. But wanted to be truly different. The 2014 version had no flowers and was a full tree. Now she has ‘hair’ . Spectrum noir markers, white gelpens and glitter gelpens.

Freehand drawing gifted to a friend. Started as an idea, but the pencil went into autopilot once started.

I've tried to bring the feeling of motion into my sketch. I like capturing street scenes and wanted to convey the gritty street alogwith the activity of the tourists and Londoners.

A detailed pen-and-ink exploration of a modified auto-rickshaw turned into a mobile coffee stall. This design captures the charm of urban travel and the global love for street food culture, rendered in a raw, sketchbook style.

When out for a walk, I came across this lone standing tree. Sometimes that's enough to encourage perseverance!

05/16 Travel Memories : Palm trees . Commissioned work: sketches about travel memories for an interior design website with graphite pencils only

I have been teaching myself stippling. This is a work in progress on a birch tree bark. I've always admired birches and have strong childhood connections with them. I am a keeper of some very fond memories of our summer house and three beautiful big birch trees in the yard. I could sit under them for hours: watching the delicate leaves dance in the summer breeze; watching them turn golden during autumn; feeling my way around on their uneven bark full of valleys and crevices.

The "Scenic Views" painting shows the autumn season with yellow and orange leaves with a narrow river in the center of multiple oak trees. This painting is made using acrylic paints with a mix of knife and brush for trees and leaves. This wall art is modern and ideal for the living room or bedroom. It will also do well in a lounge, office, hotel, etc. On a quality canvas base, this wall art is durable and eco-friendly. It comes in three different sizes.
