Hi, I know I've been gone for a while I have not given up on my art journey I just haven't posted about it. I Draw & Paint pretty much 4 times a week I've been working on anatomy a lot lately both drawing it and studying it through videos, and books, but this is some of my progress work so far.
It’s Good to be King, if just for a while. I draw in my notes for work every day. It helps me digest the things that are said in meetings. In the case, it simply divided one topic from another. I color in the drawings later or the next day, which helps me recall my notes and it is peaceful.
Done 2007 with lead pencil on bristol. This is my first artwork of sci -fi abstraction i have sci-fi abstraction part 2 and 3 so far in my gallery and more to come in the future if i ever get around to creating it. A.Taffelers is one of the most influential yet richest drug lords (richer than ruthleen and parslip) and also one of the youngest at 27 years old.Taffelers is highly temperamental yet cunning,he often has mood swings which leads to him having emotional outbursts (most of the time pulling his face or his "hair")he was homeless at a young age,went through foster care many times and never went to high school.His ex Darcel Cerise,who's the daughter of a deceased drug lord,met him and fell in love with him.years after he replaced her father and forgot about Taffelers and joined Madames Morada's mob.He,Ruthleen and parsnip are not enemies but simple rivals.all of his underlings are candy people

These are the results from a request to create a piece based on a fathers son's nicknames. The older brother is the moon, second the bear, third the bird. Added the stars as the parents.
His first request was of a tattoo of sorts ...but I struggled and my drawings kept turning into children illustrations. I so enjoyed the challenge and it gave me an opportunity to honor the love of family. At the same time, it was hard to associate them into a tattoo:) .
Drawing the tattoos gave me fits, but I think it turned out ok. Feedback? Critiques??
