I am a Belgian female artist & illustrator and I use a self-invented technique of automatic drawing to delve into my subconscious. I doodle everywhere and every spare moment. By quickly drawing, barring any conscious thought, I am giving as much room as possible to my imagination. This shambling creature haunts the fetid marshlands and is a protector of the birds and beasts who reside there. He's ancient, the last of his kind and a gentle soul who would much rather hide under the sticky mud than come face to face with a stranger.
