Aku's Demonic Minion . But genderbent . And EXTRA THICC, as per the meme, kinda . This is meant to be funny, please take no offense, only a laughing break . thank you and have a wonderful time .

Nothing spectacular here, just an artist stuck in a rut and has no idea where to go.

Afternoon nap

I tried out some new drawing techniques and got new pastel brushes!!! What do you think?

Zoomed in shot of "I'll Sleep When I'm Dead". Created in 2012. Size: 22” x 30” / Micron Pens on Archival Paper. This piece was all drawn freehand - no rulers or measuring tools were used to create this artwork. 2019 kinda looked like this. It had a lot going on. Lots of changes. A close friend of mine predicted 2019 would be "The year of change", and she was right… at least up in my neck of the woods. Anyway, it has been full of good, fun and challenging things – all worth while. Excited to dive into 2020.

Inktober 8 - Frail

#1 #inktober #ring “Inside of a ring or out, ain't nothing wrong with going down. It's staying down that's wrong.” ― Muhammad Ali . First one down. I was so looking forward to these...fyi...for artist (in my opinion) it seems that we enjoy the first challenge, inspiration pumping...ideas flowing... others are so supportive...then about halfway through.. we start doubting... support dwindles t the same time...ideas do not flow as easily... this is when we need support... so mid-month check in with us and wham all of us with support to continue to the end.

I have three different pairs of hand-designed shoes on Etsy right now, and I’m working on pairs for my mother and grandmother. If you’re interested in these, hit the Etsy button at this link: https://linktr.ee/okhismakingart or if you want a custom pair done, message me and we can talk about details. P.S. They’ve all been waterproofed.

Watercolour crayon, crayon, fineliner and acrylic paint... . . . . . .. ... . ... .. ... . .. ... .. ............ . ... . . The tree is weary crying for some help, its roots are drowning and the taps on full pelt. Its head cant speak the evil, hear the evil, see it. Whilst its occupiers point the fingers at each other and dont even believe it... .. ... . .... . .. .

Midnight madness/fun with artwork titles...

All hearts are good ones (let's hope).

These are seashells that I copied out from Dana Fox’s (In the Ocean) book. They were fun but it was also challenging trying to capture the likeness and texture of seashells.

Small 4x6 study using watercolor and acrylic. Fun and quick. You can see the time lapse video on my Instagram page.

Meet Peter and his friend VW Rabbit. Peter was born during the pandemic and scampers about daily having fun with his friends.

A little experiment with composite realism of sorts.
