Random and quick angel design (not an OC) In my world building angels look either extraterrestrial,humanoid or similar to a cyborg (this one however doesn't look like either of those hence it's only a random design)a lot of them do wield weapons and wear armor (like a few high ranking demons would,mainly in war) They're not the typical blonde blue-eyed angels that look like people.majority of them hide their faces in armor (since they're too pure to reveal their own faces)and most of them don't have any wings or share any body parts people have (legs,feet,arms,fingers,noses,ears hair etc)it's best for the angels to be diverse in appearance like the demons (I also hate the idea of demons being red-skinned,having goat legs and having that pointy arrow tail) I don't know if I will ever draw my version of angels since clearly I prefer drawing demons,it may be really fun or really complex.

I’m bad at hair yet I chose to attempt curls..oh the irony. What are your thoughts or critique? My main focus was shading and eyes, but feel free to leave your thoughts on this as a whole

This started off as a black ink drawing, but after scanning into my computer, I played around in Pixelmator to add the background and some effects to achieve the final result. This was going to be my first attempt at either Inktober ot Artober. Many thanks for looking !

this was a sweet gift I did for Christmas for my mom & dad - they love traveling and Telluride, CO, has become their second home! my mom loves Aspen trees and the mountains, found it only fitting they be included in this collaged painting I did for them. I used gouache paint for all landscape and watercolors for my parents. It was fun combining the two paint types and my first attempt using gouache paint - I loved it!

This is my gorgeous bf/bsf. (Or at least my attempt at drawing him lol). For our two-month anniversary, my boyfriend challenged me to draw him, and he would draw me. I love him so much and he brings me so much joy. Thank you for being in my life Emery

I took a few moments out of my day to attempt to use most of the coloring tools in Krita whilst drawing a rough character design.

I have made my first attempt on drawing my home for the Home Sweet home competition. I am so badly on this competition, so this is my first attempt and will be replaced soon. Since I hope to come up with a true home star drawing.

I generally make marks on something every day, but I'm really TRYING to do it purposefully in one single journal at a time. Here is a successful attempt from that particular day. I also have super ADHD, which means I pretty much never go up to my actual studio and only use what's out on my desk, because out-of-sight-out-of-mind.

This is my first attempt at them, and looks like i would stick to making these on my travels. This one is for the 4 day trip to Dharmashala, Himachal Pradesh, India. A 4 day trip of adventures captured in form of a doodle comic strip.

An attempt at people. This is Holy Week for some of us. Yesterday was Palm Sunday, and we watched mass on our church's new YouTube channel. The Gospel reading was very long, so everyone in the frame was standing still for a good while. I was really looking forward to our spring class People in the Park because I haven't done much figure work. It was postponed of course, so your constructive criticism is welcome.

Pastel on pastelmat, one of my favourite cats: the Somali. First attempt to draw a cat in pastel, almost a year ago.

This piece was done with watercolour crayons, crayons, fineliner, acrylic paint and a touch of posca. I was showing that love can be blind and sometimes almost arrogant and selfish, the arrow has hit the spot on the second attempt but the scars are still to be seen. Although the person playing cupid aint always an outside force. I enjoy playing with the titles and am constantly changing and thinking of what it will be called when doing the piece, but i do like my wordplay. this one was a play on horticulture and felt it all tied in to the final design :)) This is available as an a3 sized print.

Im Kurt and new to Doodle Addicts. Loneliness and anxiety dominate my life and are reoccurring themes in my art. It wasn't until recently, after countless jobs, countless attempts, and thousands of dollars in school debt, that I realized it is what it is. At this point, I am trying to learn how to express myself through art and build a community without the pain from before. My first Acrylic painting attempt.

This is a digital drawing of a species I came up with. This is also my first attempt of making a base. I'm very pleased with how it turned out and I plan to only get better. Please do not use or claim the species as your own. I worked hard and all things I create are cherished and made with lots of care. Because I have a base, I'm open to color ideas.
