After forcing myself through some long lasting 100 layer paintings, just doing a quick two day one feels refreshing. I will hang this one on the wall, but for the bigger version im gonna make a more natural looking fox cub.

The Lesser Spotted Woodpecker is the smallest and least common of the UK's three species of woodpecker. It is most often found in the tops of trees where it creeps along branches in search of insects. Found in England, but rare in the north. Absent from Scotland and Ireland. Its 'drumming' is much quieter and less vigorous than that of the Great Spotted Woodpecker; its presence is often only given away by this or their call.
The lesser spotted woodpecker is small in size, being not much bigger than a house sparrow. Males are black and white, with a red crown cap, and females are plain black and white. They both have a distinctive white ladder marking down their black back.

There are now believed to be less than 3,000 pairs breeding annually in the UK compared to nearly 45,000 greater spotted woodpeckers.
This was done with oil pastels in a technique known as Sgrafitto, as part of a 100 day challenge on Instagram. I scratched the black paint off with a chop stick. Worked like a treat, so I'm planning a bigger piece with that technique.
While out foraging for mushrooms a tap on the shoulder startles you, turning around a dragonborn smiles and procures some good berries offering them to you. Do you accept?

Gladys is a gobstopper which is a type of round,large,hard candy.like Clemence they're both candy people.Gladys is naive,kind and most of the times enthusiastic unlike Clemence who tends to be a realist.Clemence and her are best friends,they both applied to become DEA agents at the same time.she is big and round and which gives her an advantage when facing enemies so she can roll down like a ball and run over them.she resembles a clown with pink cheeks and a red dot resembling a nose.

OCs for Starry depths. Originally we’re more then friends so this is like a back story, all I could think of when I was drawing was that song that goes “sittin on the dock of the bay, watching the clouds roll away.” I think it’s by Otis Redding. New character I made for Taured. He can phase in and out of shadows: like, if he runs at a wall (or even walks), he can turn into a 2D shadow, which can travel at high speeds, morph into different shapes, and when he's done, he can just pop out whenever he wants to. His mouth is way bigger than normal; but for the sake of the rest of Taured's population, the government has sealed his mouth shut, side from a small section in the middle. The scars on his neck are not open and bleeding; they're just opening up to reveal a vibrant red energy within. Drawn with FireAlpaca.
Ive been so occupied with myself that im so way behind with everything (including drawing)ive been practicing animating too.I don't stylize my OCS at all because I have no idea why.I was inspired by the bratz to draw adely like this (big head small body big eyes and big feet)might change her pose and draw nelsy (new name) next to her.
Soft Pastel. My studio is in a converted church with big GotHic windows. In the morning the sunlight streams in createing beautiful shapes on the studio furniture rolls of paper and general studio detritus.
A new piece of artwork which means stepping outside of comfort zone and bloom.
It took me a while to finish this painting, because I really wanted to enjoy the process without any pressure. Also this is my first time to paint on a bigger size watercolor paper. ❤️✨ Happy creating everyone!

I initially wanted to draw a mandala but after outlining the big circles, I thought "why not add some texture?" and there you go. Experimenting with different shapes and shades always pays off.
