This is Veldt a character I'll be using in DnD he is the son of a high elf and a slavic folkoric creature called a Poludnitsa or lady midday. Unlike other fairies and demons the ladies they love sunlight and heat. They are said to appear as peasant women among plumes of dust clouds carrying a scythe or shears. They are blamed for sun stroke and madness that besets field workers during the hottest of days.

The Lesser Spotted Woodpecker is the smallest and least common of the UK's three species of woodpecker. It is most often found in the tops of trees where it creeps along branches in search of insects. Found in England, but rare in the north. Absent from Scotland and Ireland. Just a simple little mandala doodle drawing I drew this morning.... getting better a doodle at a time!! Hope to draw better more complex and more evenly spaced out designs in the future. I am a completely self-taught artist who is not at all naturally talented in drawing or any art medium for that matter but am learning and praticing and getting better daily. My advice is if you are a beginner or aren't naturally blessed artistically but have the passion creative mindset and desire to become good at art then keep going keep on praticing and learning from those before you and I promise you will get better and eventually great! YOU ARE AN ARTIST!!

Day 4 Scallop When I saw the word scallop I immediately thought of this man from big mouth and this is perfect timing because big mouth is coming out with season six on Netflix so it all works out.

I always loved the wide-eyed screaming horror of Elsa’s original Bride, but for mine I thought it would be fun if she was instead just very, very, displeased. As soon as her motor-functions kick in, it’s gonna kick off, and Doctors Frank’ and Pretorius are gonna take a very short walk off that very high tower. On the set of the original movie, attached to one of the columns, you can see a big wheel that’s used to crank open the skylight. I thought it might be interesting to incorporate this, symbolically, as a sort of halo, like the kind of thing you see in stained glass windows and old religious art, and to give the scene an additional sixth day creation kinda vibe. Also, whilst working on this, every time I thought of the name “Pretorius”, I would involuntarily sing it in my head to the tune of, “No, No, Notorious”

I created this piece in response to the ongoing mistakes and let downs from the organisations who should be protecting and taking care of people. I still have a couple of tweaks to do, but it is basically finished. I used flour and water paste to add texture to the brickwork and to attach the logos.

It was a really slow day at work, so slow that I had enough time to draw this on a sticky note with little to no interruptions. This was also inspired by a curated gallery on here called "Fun with Fungi".

A handful of Brit flicks have been showing up on Disney+ lately, and one of them I watched recently had Luke Perry of all folks in it... the film in question is called ‘The Beat Beneath My Feet’ in case you’re curious. In all seriousness though, British films with American actors in them as a lead/central character will forever and always fascinate me, much like Luke Perry’s birth name did! The Meeting Bell Medium : Pen and Ink On Bristol Board Size : 11" x 15" Year illustration was completed : 1987 This illustration was part of a collection of pen and ink rendering i did for a christian mission, for their pamphlet that was published to inform the community, surrounding churches, and the military post near by, of the services they offered, and about their ranch. Their main ministry is to the military service personnel and their families. They offer a weekly dinner followed by a Bible study. They offer a place where service personnel could spend the weekend at the ranch for free, with meals included. There would also be activities they could partake in , such as going to concerts, going to amusement parks, visiting national park for picnics and hiking. The ranch holds retreat for military personnel who are in training, who want to learn about the Bible , and enjoy good home cooked food, rest, and out door recreation in the country. This ministry also lends it's facilities too near by churches, and to the military chaplaincy, for luncheons. This ministry is a great work of God, share God's word, and love through hospitality. About the bell. I call this illustration the meeting bell, because it sat right out side the activity center, and when ever a retreat was being held, the bell was use to let the guess know when a meal was being served, or a Bible study was about to begin. If you study the bell you can tell that at one time it must have been housed in some kind of church or fire house, by the big wheel attached to it's side, so it can be rung by a rope. Then when it found it's self at the ranch , they must have had a arm clacker manufactured, To strike the bell to sound.

Hello!:) When my family and i were on our road trip in Portugal I was amazed by all the fantastic flowers and plants we saw. One of them, were these wonderful flowers. I was curious what they are called, but for now I just call them „sunshineflowers“ hihi. Wish youu a wonderful day!!

A pair of Ukrainian Easter eggs I've made. My designs are not especially traditional and are instead inspired by old wood cut art. The first egg features a musician playing a bandura and the second has 4 pictures, fish, forest, wheat and mountains. The eggs are made using beeswax applied with a metal tool called a Kistka (heated via a candle or electricity) you draw on the egg wherever you want to preserve its current colour before putting it into a dye bath working from the lightest colours to the darkest. When you have finished you remove the wax using a candle a paper towel and a little patience. heating and wiping away. then you can blow out your egg by making a hole in its top and bottom, smashing the yolk with a needle and blowing. These eggs are a couple of years old but we've pulled them out for easter last weekend.

This is technically my 100th post but I definitely have not been posting for 100 days I have missed some days but I am proud that I was able to post something towards art for 100 times, and thts something to be proud of; so I think I’m gonna have to go back and fix some things and figure out what day I’m really on.

The idea behind the project was to create a jungle staircase in which children will be able to cover something new every day while walking down the corridor. Many animals, reptiles and insects are hidden in the thicket of plants. So that the number of details and small elements does not overwhelm the space, we used a black and white combination with small colorful accents, which are also to stimulate the imagination of children. Realistically painted birds are an additional decorative element, which can be a background for photo sessions.
