There's a moment in Black Panther where Michael B Jordan's character steals an African mask from a museum. When the other character with him asks why, he says "I'm just feelin' it." The mask he grabbed was VERY cool, and I kind of wanted one, too. But, short of stealing things out of museums, I guess I'll have to draw them. Tried sewing this guy to some colorful paper. I am not that bad at sewing, BUT the sewing machine is from 1950 and doesn't work very well, but I think the imperfections makes it look cool.
The boy calls his brother to view the Ship. It's cool cozy weather. He feels happy and excited to watch it sail. This one is my favorite painting. It's clean & minimal. Reminds me of a cool, cozy, clear sky and before a rain
He wanders the fields, the mountains an the forest. With a little bit of luck, you can meet him and he will make a little concert. These little guys met him at the river. When you look at the second picture, you can see the reference i used. It was really cool to play around with it :) wish youu a wonderful daay!!:)
When I shared some work that looked like this, the response I got was, it was trippy. And instantly I thought, what a cool series to create! Thus the Acid series was born. This piece, Sulphuric Acid H2SO4 is the first of five from that series.
I know I have not uploaded in a while, I’ve been busy, it’s a miked media kinda, water color colored pencils. Only some of it is watered though. I did this with my friend so it was a collab.
This is an acrylic painting on pre-stretched canvas. It features a pop art style of pink and teal and purple shapes in a sort of abstracted floral pattern, but wait, that's a flower there too. The carriage is actually from a reference photo of a old hearse from way back so I thought that was really cool. Created with Black ink, Charcoal Powder Graphite Powder and a Kneaded eraser.
So here is the fanart I promised. Gonna try doing more of this however I am gonna take a break from digital drawing for a small bit. Not saying I won’t. Just saying a bit less digital drawing. Nova is from the renegades trilogy and is a fantastic character. Marissa Meyer does best. I thought I wouldn’t face head on because I got inspired from some other artists doing poses so I thought it would be cool!
My first attempt at an abstract painting. It was the first time I tried using palette knives also. I didn't really have an idea in mind for this, I just kinda went with it. Came out pretty cool looking, almost like an abstract nebula. I used iridescent and interference Golden acrylic paints
