Ok, so I was just playing around with some eyes. I like to spice things up. But I still like her original design.

Hiding In Plain Sight

I had to re-upload her the last one was so UN-proportional I couldn't stand it. But I know I need to work on hands and fingers. It's an alien that lives in a doll like body. It can manipulate the doll, moving fingers, arms and eyes. So nothing like cutting open your doll just to find an alien creature living inside. No, my aliens will not have any gender. Why don't we reproduce like worms, get split into two.

A search within

There is a theory that Universe is a consciousness. To find what is out there we have to find what is in our own consciousness. So thats a zoomed in eye and the interstellar spaceship going in the space that exist within us.

Father's (https://www.doodleaddicts.com/uploads/68546/cosmic-horror/) crooked hand, with six fingers (one looks like a fang) of different weird lengths (because He doesn't understand human anatomy well), holding a Gotham snow globe. And of course, the eyes. He loves eyes.

I drew this for my sons bedroom wall, it’s inspired by the Beatles yellow submarine and includes an all seeing eye in keeping with the surreal nature of the 70s animation.

Geologist

One year towards autumn a geologist was living in the pilots' hut. He couldn't speak either Finnish ow Swedish, he just smiled and flashed his black eyes. He would look at people and immediately make them feel how surprised and happy he was to meet them at last and then he just walked on with his hammer and hammered a rock here and there. His name was Jeremiah. - Sculptor's Daughter by Tove Jansson #dailydrawing #tovejansson

Its what its.

What a wonderful Kirkus review! (Paired here with my favorite improper contraction.) "A thoughtful look at life, in all its beauty and strangeness. ... This delightfully deadpan musing on life urges compassion for others. Howden’s straightforward text is on the philosophical side, though also rooted in the absurd. Hahn’s spare black graphite pencil watercolor, mostly set against a white background, are imbued with humor and empathy for the pickle, with the foodstuff’s expressive eyes conveying many emotions at once. Inktober2020, Day 13: Dune

Inktober 2020, Day 13: "Dune". After pondering for a while, whether I should come up with something surprising, I decided to go with what for me is the obvious association, the sci-fi book. I based it on this illustration of a sandworm (https://dune.fandom.com/wiki/Sandworm?file=Dune-sandworm.jpg) by Nathan Rosario. It’s not meant to promote the now postponed new movie, but rather based on the books by Frank Herbert, which I loved as a teenager. Brushpens and posca markers on coloured A4, this time with an acrylic underpainting (falling back on my painterly ways). “I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.”

Close your mind

In the end I began to feel weak at the knees and then I knew that soon it would be too late, in a few seconds it would be too late, so I let it fall into the gutter and began rolling very quickly and without looking up. I kept my nose just above the top of the stone so that the room I had hidden us in would be as tiny as possible and I heard very clearly how all the cars stopped and were angry but I drew a line between them and me and just went on rolling and rolling. You can close your mind to things if something is important enough. It works very well. You make yourself very small, shut your eyes tight and say a big word over and over again until you're safe. - Sculptor's Daughter by Tove Jansson #dailydrawing #tovejansson

My name is Yasia Kagan (Tsarevski) - i'm artist, painter and teacher. I was born in a family of architects and painters, in a special atmosphere imbued with creation and art, love for aesthetics ... Since I remember myself I was painting, this was always part of me. It wasn’t be me without painting. But I have paved a long way to where I am now - today I paint every day by teaching people and open their eyes to the amazing world around and within them. I started drawing black and white graphics, but since than I evolved my style by adding colors. Now I have found a combination that can express best what I want to see and feel. I am director of a painting and creation studio "The Magic of the Brush" in the growth of the network of experience in Carmiel. I was born into a family of architects and artists, painting and a passion for art have fascinated me all my life, I started with black and white graphics like a forest of books and slowly rolled into color painting. The creation of all work makes me alive - I feel, I think, I understand. I believe that art is a way of life. I Want to bring it to as many people as possible in order to make our world a better place. Here are two of my paintings that are some sort of combination of graphics and color.

The Golden Calf

I made my golden calf in the arbour because it was a pagan place and a circle is always a good setting for sculpture. It was very difficult to get the legs to stay upright but in the end they did and I nailed them to the socle just to make sure. Sometimes I stood still, listening for the first rumble of the wrath of God. But so far he had said nothing. His great eye just looked right down into the arbour through the hole between the tops of the spruce trees. At last I had got him to show some interest. - Sculptor's Daughter by Tove Jansson #dailydrawing #tovejansson

Amberary

“You saved me, my heroine!” For a guy who almost got eaten, he looked way too pleased. “That’s worthy of, well, an award, you know!” He tapped his split lip thoughtfully, lying on the ground as if nothing had happened. “Ah, Zero Year may be over, but I think it’s only fair for me to name a month after you. What do you say?” His impractical coat was all messed up, his hat laying a little to the side, just as dirty and caked with snow. “It’s january, isn’t it? It’s Amberary now! Maybe not for all of Gotham, but for me for sure.” He grinned. What the hell is he saying? Why bringing up those old words? Ridiculous. Amber failed to hold back surprise in her eyes, but she almost managed to stop herself from smiling in time. Almost. He noticed. “… Get up.” --------------------------- Long story short: Amber saved Ed from predators, and he decided to be extra with his flirting. I remembered Edward's words from “Zero Year” about naming months after gothamites heroes and an idea came to me… This scene will definitely be in a fanfic, for which I have an underdeveloped idea, and which I will definitely not write. %) In any case, this is roughly how I imagine ZY!Eddie flirting, in addition to all the other headcanons. My vision of him is too different from how most of the fandom sees him . xD I’m trying to jump above my head again, not having the skill in background, clothes, drapery, and full body, especially since I almost never drew two interacting characters. My most ambitious work so far. But I’m happy!

House On The Beach

The work was taken by me in Portland, Oregon, USA. In the distance there is a house, a pillar on top of it has a lamp, Looking up at the sky at that time, the sunset sky looked very beautiful. The clumps of clouds drifted with the wind. Beneath the waves crashing against the shore, signaling that the tide has risen, the images in the above work make people always have to worry about the images that look very eye-catching.
