Here is a character I have been thinking about off and on. She is a seagull who loves the beach and everything to do with it. Especially jellyfish.

Sometimes I like to challenge myself and draw something completely different and full of details.... this was a bit tedious :) but I am glad I did this, it was a great workout for the brain!

I made an angel looking to throwdown! I colored in old artwork from a couple years ago. I'm practicing lineless art coloring in lieu of this weekend's art streams! This took me about 4+ hours to do, but it was a fun challenge!

Doodling is fun

The monsters we create A collection of creatures born from our impact and existance on Earth. This is a work in progress project, it doesn't yet have a name, but the story becomes more clear every day. Soon I will have more details about it, until then take care, this runner is taking a real shape and it's after you. Thinking self

I had an idea to create illustrations of fruit set in autumn 2017, and have been working on the realization of this idea throughout February/March 2018. In all, I have created 11 illustrations: apple, apricot, banana, cherry, grape, lemon, orange, pear, plum, tomato, watermelon. Using rapidograph to form the shape, I am coloring my works digitally in Adobe Photoshop. Here is an apple!

I have been opening up my sketchbook, and drawing while not looking at my lines. I then color them in and add words for personal reflections.

These horses were so much fun to draw. I used a Uni Posca marker with Daniel Smith watercolors. I was going to a craft fair and wanted to try out making stickers with Sticker Mule. It is a super easy process. The sticker is 1 inch in diameter.

Cute peaceful fox drinking coffee, wearing a scarf. Trying gouache for the first time. It's a really nice medium. I am definitely going to keep at it and make some more gouache paintings.

Found a tidbit in the novel Grendel by John Gardner that got my creative juices stirring... :-)
