A piece that coincidently fits the prompt for InkTober Day 27: music. An anxiety notebook doodle based on a song that I cut up out of frustration. It ended up looking better, in my opinion, now that it's rearranged.
This is a very early doodle from Astronomy class (that is once again oriented wrong on here for goodness knows what reason). I stumbled across this old mill some years ago while walking in Drefach-Felindre. The area was once a hub of the wool industry, and now houses the National Wool Museum. I only managed to discover its name when I was doing a Google search as at the time of drawing, it was up for sale as an 11 bedroom property!
Yet another plant abstract. This one was built around the red outlined flower in the semi-center, and that’s where it gets its name. Colored pencil and pen on paper.

Fairly recently I was "commissioned" to paint a picture of my cousin and grandmother. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out, but painting this was a bit of a challenge. There were definitely moments where I stopped painting and completely hated how it looked/became frustrated with myself, and I wouldn't work on it for days. I felt an odd pressure attached to making this... or maybe I'm crazy. 16x20, acrylic.
I've discovered some great jazz whilst working from home. I guess it's an age thing? Get to middle age and you're bang into jazz. I started off making some free hand lettering which quickly turned into me doodling the names of my favourite musicians. Might develop this into a poster, what do you reckon? Mmmm jazz, nice!

A bazillion little round circles and almost as many lines and it still looks static. Sheesh. I'll be working this idea to DEATH over the next few days....
Mixed media (pretty much every type of pen/marker I have is in these somewhere). Recovering from surgery last month, slowly learning to sit upright again, thinking about flowers. :)
