Just started learning to draw eyes. Was wondering if I could get some tips for anime manga style which I could later try to animate with. Plus how are my names and if you can think of better ones pls tell me thx.
More practice. So difficult to get over that learning hump lol. I feel like I am riding my bike up a hill and I'm struggling lol. However, I REALLY want to learn this art form.
I really enjoyed drawing this. This is where I really explored using my kneadable eraser to create texture in the skin. I still learning how to draw hair.
Mixed media (pretty much every type of pen/marker I have is in these somewhere). Recovering from surgery last month, slowly learning to sit upright again, thinking about flowers. :)
I uploaded one before this but Inwas not happy with the face so I changed it. Mixed media collage. Portrait drawn separetely then glued on top. I'm still learning to draw straight onto the collage but I"m not there yet.
I graduated from school with a degree in Bachelor of Science is what my teachers told me is a good enough degree to get hired in the art world but I don't know what in the art world I want to do. It took me six-years to get a four-year degree and eight years after graduating from high-school to figure out what I want to do with my life. I want to be a freelance artist creating my own work and doing commissions for others but even with my degree the level that I am at now is not good enough to sell neither am I at the level I want to be at. So.... I am taking the rest of my twenties to get at that level starting at ground zero and learning the basics from this website I found www.drawabox.com. This image is one of the exercises I'm doing. In late 2018, after some time not doing any artwork, I really wanted to get back into it. I fancied doing something different and invested in some soft pastels. This was my first go with them and it was a hell of a learning curve about how they adhere to the paper, and how they blend. I'm not really sure the pastels I was using were soft enough for the look I wanted, but I like how loose this one turned out.
I did this artwork for a public art exhibition called "Home is where the Art is". Initially the drawing was supposed to just be a open mouth with a snake coming out of it but I felt that it lacked a story and a strong enough message so I drew the other snakes on and added the 2 other faces. The story behind this image is entirely up to the viewer but my take on it was that different people react differently to certain information, my main focus was the distribution of secrets and since many teenager refer to people that let their secrets loose as snakes I thought why not depict it in that form. The drawing displays three reactions to learning another's secret, one passes the secret on to another, the other defends it ferociously in your face but lets it slip loose when nobodies looking and the other receives the information and holds onto it
I was experimenting with new brushes here, and also learning to draw eyes in different styles. I struggled a lot with the nose in this painting, because it was hard to figure out proportions without the rest of the face. Feedback always welcome!
Caluzco and Bardy are Grent's friends since the 5th grade and are in Grent's group ever since along with Adely & Nelsy.Compare to other characters,they are easy to draw but finally i drew them.Caluzco (Calum Loretz) is a crazy,erractic class clown who is one of the oldest in the group (he is 17 for failing the 5th grade so is Bardy)he was a foster care since he was a baby and had suffered a lot since then (which explains his behaviour)but now he is jolly but silly most of the times getting in trouble for being reckless along with bardy.Bardy (Bardon) he is not much of a class clown but he loves sports and he loves acting.he's very ordinary compared to his other friends however he can still be rude to Morisson and laughs when he gets mocked by either Grent,Adely or Nelsy or even Devin.he hates math and has learning difficulties like Caluzco but they still work together to make the best of 10th grade.

Learning to Leap is a shout out to anyone who needs a little courage to make that final leap. We've all been there, and we can all use a little whimsical inspiration in our lives.
I haven't posted on a while but here's more digital art! I think I shaped the eyes wrong so now they just look sad but hey, I'm learning! I didn't have time to give details to the hair since I was focused on the face, but I like the shape of it. What do you think? Let me know if you have any suggestions to improve this, thanks!
I finally got my first drawing tablet and this is my very first drawing I did!it was really fun but slightly complex considering I use to draw with my phone.im still learning so much in order to become proficient in drawing (I took inspiration from a stuffed monster ball toy my friend's little sister has)
